so what's the stasis crystals for in the last encounter for from the bow you're using? does it protect you? give you a buff you need? I feel like I'm missing something because I know the relic can save you when you're in either one of the portals.
Shooting the stasis crystal on the ground makes the relic go behind you when you drop it so you can shoot the oracles. Without it, the relic drops in front of you and you can’t shoot the oracles as it’s in the way

do the minotaurs lose their shield if no ones inside Mars/Venus, or am I missing something with you freezing them?
I’m not sure if this answers your question but upon freezing a minotaur, you’re able to push them off the edge of quick enough. You can also use tractor cannon to solo mars or Venus.
The nades freeze the Minotaur/ads so they are delayed long enough for them not to sacrifice while I am on the opposite-side portal. Their shields can be broken with a volatile explosion, which comes from the Destabilising Rounds perk on my sniper (The Persuader). This also works in a duo run using vortex nade on a Titan, hope this helps
