It has always been a rare thing as I've heard multiple sages say 1 in every 10,000 seekers finds full enlightenment or awakening. The average person in this last age is at the lowest levels of consciousness on this planet. Even if there is a mass awakening on this planet at this time. The problem is without proper guidance and sadhana kundalini awakening causes a wide array of psychological issues. This is documented by the harsh enlightenment process of the sage Gopi Krishna. He thought he was going insane and felt crazy while suffering a host of psychological problems. This was even with the proper sadhana. This mass awakening is actually causing mass psychosis which is why mental illness is 1 out of every 3 people nowadays. Those who can't handle these energetic shifts due to mostly the influx of the solar flares which disrupt the auric field. The energy acts similar to a full moon in the way it affects the human polarity. If one can't allow the energetic shifts to integrate properly they will be brought into mental imbalance. That is to say instead of going beyond the mind or ascension one goes under mind or madness.

So you are implying that we souls are striving to achieve these higher realms, but all of the "Lokas" are verily material existence. Lord Krishna states in the Gita: "O Arjun, even the celestial gods hanker / desire for the human form because it is only the human form that allows you to cultivate God realization. It is only God realization that has the byproduct of liberating the soul from ANY material realm." The celestial gods are the kings of the higher Lokas which are all material. If one does good in this human form he will surely attain the higher Lokas but once the karma of his good deeds has extinguished he will be forced to reincarnate in one of the 8.4 million species on an earth-like Loka to strive for our real purpose which is God realization. Likewise, if one does bad karmas in this human form he will surely go to the lower Lokas to reap the fruit of his sinful deeds, but once the karma of his sinful actions are extinguished he will once again be forced to reincarnate in one of the 8.4 million species on an earth-like Loka to strive for our real purpose which is God realization. There is absolutely no way around it, we are all living and absorbed in this magnificent technology of God "Yoga Maya". The idea is to realize this now and perform our actions without attachment to them or the outcomes, that's the only way out of the material realm.

A better way of looking at things

The awesomeness of Ancient Vedic wisdom and the religion of "Sanatana Dharma"/"Hinduism" etc, is pretty damn mind blowing, to say the least. The information here is false, or incomplete Law of assumption is just that.. Assumption It is our understanding Our assumptions of what "is" We are always assuming, Interpreting etc The way it is presented in this video, it is as if LOA is something to gain/experience desired things. But we are assuming whatever, all the time. So as we are assuming, deciding, observing and Interpreting etc, whether desired or undesired, this is the emerging reality. What we decide - IS. But most ppl maybe decide unconsciously based on what appears to be. This is still assumption and as such, will tend to play out in such a way. However we are Interpreting via our lens of perception through which we view our experience of reality, has reality emerging in the corresponding ways automatically If we want different then indeed decide and allow and it must then be that. But anyways what we assume, how we perceive, hardens into what appears to be, until we shift within and decide / emit other. It is always at play tho. Not just to obtain desired things. It simply IS.
