I love your videos, but I think you need to include all the moms. I myself struggled with post partum depression really bad. I cried every single day. I lost my mom when I was 19, and struggled with no being able to call her. I don’t have family, and my husbands family lives 16 hours away. Which meant everyone was on me. I had no help, only when my husband came home after his 12 hour shift of work. It was very hard for me to even feel any emotions, I just felt mentally and physically exhausted. I struggled with suicidal thoughts, and thought my baby deserved better than me. And it’s okay that I went through that. It’s okay that I had all those thoughts and feelings. I learned I had to talk about it, and stop comparing myself to videos like this. Also not trying to be rude, but it doesn’t seem like you’re struggling financially. And I know I was, and can’t count how many times I had to ask friends for money for diapers. I remember going a whole day without have ate anything. I could go on and on. But I hope you don’t take offense to anything I had to say.

And when you hold your baby all the damn time and have other children running around, know that you will soon break down. So learn that this is not always possible if you have more than 1 child.

I wish I could go back in time to those days.....

I hold my sweet girl as much as possible because I know one day before I know it she will be grown up and I won't be able to pick her up to snuggle her. I still hold her to sleep at 15 months. She's asleep within 10-15 mins and I put her in her crib and she sleeps through the night 10-12 hours a night. Takes great naps as well. I don't have any regrets with the decision my husband and I made on this. ❤

Can you imagine being hungry for the first time!? A newborn has literally never been hungry, and then suddenly it's like, "Why does it feel like my stomach eating itself??" 😰

My baby ate only 1oz per day for 3 days and the doctor told me it was normal!!! I knew something was wrong. He was barely eating for weeks and every time i got a check up for him they just said “ooooh he’s congested, he’s fine. Just clear his nose before every feeding” only when he was breathing at 88 beats per minute did i finally just get up and run him to the ER. He had a heart problem where a tube was blocked up. His lower organs and digestive system were stopping one by one. He was DYING! Why didn’t the doctor check his heart??? I’m still confused till this day. He’s ok now but man i did NOT have to go through all that.

Remember this....sleep when the baby sleeps in the first 3 months...90 days. Your body needs to recover from the last 3 months of pregnancy. In Africa the woman was given a helper.
