This is not a simple question. I've seen some amazing stuff...like along the sides of the L.A. river, but MOST of this is just low-life "tagging," i.e., vandalism (which has a tendency to degrade/trash our communities)...with about as much value as what an infant has smeared on the wall, alongside his/her crib. I'll add that "Hip-Hop" "music"...MOST of it is about the same. Occasionally, we'll catch some really clever or meaningful "rap," but MOST "HH" is just trash. MUCH of Punk "music" too. PEACE!!
