As far as the dipstick, take 80 grit sand paper and rough up where the oil readings are. Might sound crazy but it works. Make sure you really clean the dipstick before putting it back in your motor. As for VQ’s in general, the camshaft position sensor is a common part to go out as well as the galley gaskets (I think that’s what they’re called) New sub here 😎

If you can get a clean cheap one yes! Depending on what you do even salvage ones are still ok. Basically a big go kart, daily, boost, drift, rice don't really matter it's THE best project car imo

How do I do the wet sand polish on my headlights because they look dull
@@cherokeemoore7688 I'm not an expert but this is what worked for me. Clean the headlights with soap/water and wax/grease remover. Get 2000 grit wet sand paper and use water to hand sand the headlights. Polish with no.1 compound then 2 then 3. Then wax them to keep them shiny longer.

The 350Z is awesome !! owned my first way back in 2003, another mint condition one in 2018 as a weekend car , and bought my 3rd just this year. My daily drives are expensive new European cars and yet I have a huge smile each time I turn the big Z over :).
Its my first car that I bought myself... had it for 3 years and its been great. Got my eyes set on a nismo but Euro cars are def something I wanna get into!
