thanks for the info -- I thought you might have used Tomoe River paper -- and I should have also asked what printer do you use and are you happy with it? I just bought a new one and fudge it won't print on vellum -- it keeps on getting jammed! And, I cannot adjust the printer to accept it -- thanks again -- super videos -- and yes, Monique Smith is so very good, too!

@@ssmith2839 my printer is Epson ET-3830. I had trouble with vellum also by found a trick on RUclips University! 😂. Cut a piece of printer paper the same size as the vellum you want to print, attach it to the vellum in one small 1” strip with removable tape runner. Then run it through! For some reason my would not recognize vellum either. Let me know if it works for you! Thanks again! 💕🤗

@@LifewithLisaAnnRight now I am either making them myself or using Paper Penguin Co or Traveler’s Company inserts, taking them apart, cutting them down the middle, and punching them. My standard rings at this point is more an archive system of pages I want to save from my inserts. 😊

@@lwiener67 hello! I use Neptune fish fertilizer, and Berrytone. I have a ton of pollinators all throughout the garden to help keep bugs away. I didn’t even get any hornworms this year on my tomatoes. Some Japanese beetles, which I used a trap bag which is hung about 50 feet from my garden. Aside from that, no issues! 💕. But I also have all raised beds, so no ground worms. Thanks for watching!!

@@Planadayshay The Dash Diet is by Marla Heller. You can get the book for less than $14 on Amazon! I’m not sure yet, going to read through and see what I think. I’m tipping more towards intermittent fasting, and low carb. That seems to work best for me., but the Dash Diet book has some good recipes and meal plans, check it out! 2025….who knows! I love so many options and systems, but I have GOT to decide on something and stick with it!!! 🤣

@@vernabailey3671 The Gillio Amica in the croc I have is super soft to touch. It’s not squishy like the Malden. Different pocket configuration, I love both of them! I have 30MM rings in both, only because I changed the rings in the Malden. I would not describe the matte croc as floppy at all, yet it’s not stiff. It’s just perfect!!!! @@Planadayshay Hi Shay! What I can tell you is there are videos on RUclips regarding supplements in lieu of HRT. The one thing I would highly recommend is watching the video series from menopause Taylor. What I have learned so far is that many doctors only recommend against HRT as a result of the women’s health initiative (20 or so) years ago, which, from what I understand has turned out to be faulty. But I have also learned that there are in fact, women who, for whatever medical reason should not be on HRT. Just be sure that the recommendation from your doctor is not a result strictly from that health report. There are so many details. It’s crazy. I have the book from Menopause Taylor, and I am going to start it on the drive to Michigan tomorrow. If you do find any excellent supplements that work well for you, please let me know! I can tell you that what I take is considered a bio-identical hormone. 💕💕💕

@LifewithLisaAnn thanks for the info! Breast cancer runs in our family, so I'm not sure if that's why I was advised not to undergo HRT. My maternal grandmother passed away from breast/ ovarian cancer, and my mom is currently in remission, but she's also dealing with other health issues, such as osteoporosis and other endocrine related issues. I'll definitely look into doing more research on the issue! I appreciate you sharing your knowledge and opinions here with us❤

@@LifewithLisaAnn I completely understand. I love a bound book for the archiving and flipping thru. It’s a pleasurable experience for me even years later. My bujo process was never fancy. It just fit my needs. And it was fun and really made me focus on what I like and not like. Enjoy the process.
