Horrible gear way too thick too much fat in the silicone compared to other brands. It’s an absolute workout applying this stuff unless your manned up with three blokes

What if it rains on the insulation after installing before leveling
I got pebble dash.. but I want external wall insulation and then render.. what do you recommend? Silicone render?
Hiya! We'd recommend masking the pebbledash with a product like our One Coat Dash Cover (OCDC), and then using a Silicone Render system on top. Drop us a call if you'd like to discuss further! :)

We would recommend using our One Coat Dash Cover to mask pebbledash before rendering
I would say so. As long as you primer/pva the pebble dash. And remove any loose bits with a broom. Make sure you put the fibre mesh over. It to be safe. Maybe just do a sand and cement scratch coat. But it should be fine

Is it bad if the builder secured the mechanical fixings within a few minutes of fitting the insulation using adhesive. Will that lead to lead to any problems?

Use PVC never Aluminium. Thats a Thermal bridge!!!
When installed correctly, aluminium tracks do not cause thermal bridging.
Indeed. Aluminium is an excellent thermal bridge. It would be better to sit the PVC tracking on a moisture resistant insulating block which prevents horizontal heat conduction into the concrete slab beneath the dpc.

These aluminium starter tracks are used to prevent water ingress at the bottom of the walls.

Плюс работают грязно, то есть не защищают от грязи и материалов готовую жесть.
