Allow me to customise the Agency theory to Indian ecosystem. In MSME sector that employs most Indians, it is shareholders who may be risk averse. The professional managers want to take all risks from of the poor investor’s coffers. If the investment goes bust, the managers change jobs but the shareholder/ investor is sunk😊

I think stakeholders doesn't always need to be people, it can also be nature, currency value, etc. Also sometimes the stakeholders themselves may not know they are stakeholders and sometimes the company is unaware of their stakeholders. Is this correct??

So corporations will take it upon themselves to administer rule over common citizens?. Is it not better for God given rights over all citizens. Sounds like new world order. Will these citizens has voting choices over a corporate citizenship? To give back to society?!! What happened before corporations were invented... meaning, did not citizens contribute to society in order to exist for the good of all. Corporations never have morals that mingle with profit$.
