Are you done with the business ? I hope it worked out and you are just not recording . It was fun to watch.
Brawo👍❤
Flush your groupheads between coffees 😩
Thank you for you comment 🤎☕
Silly question. How come most tuktuk businesses owners never drive them to there locations ? X
Not a silly question at all, in my case with the amount of stock i have to carry etc. There just is not enough room in the back and drive. The van i tow with has everything in for a busy service. 🤎☕
hi, it's grear to see, i need you help, i from chile and I'm looking at a car like this, can you send me some guide, or how do you have the distribution? How do you give energy?
Hey, it runs off 2 leisure batteries and a gas bottle.
Came here to watch and sub to an IRL barista. Awesome video mate !
Thank you! 🤎☕
hi, wanted to as how do you power ur machine ? 2000W + i guess.
The Fracino espresso machine is dual fuel powered, so the boiler is heated by gas or electric. I have it rigged to a gas bottle. Two leisure battery's to run all the other power outputs 🤎☕
Hello, I would like to ask if your grinder is e80 or e65gbw. Thank you.
The grinder is the e65gbw 😊🤎☕
Your video is very nice, I would like to know what camera you use and how you arrange it
Thank you! I use a go pro hero 11 black with a chest mount ☕🤎
ruclips.net/video/ICYbeQBF8mE/видео.htmlsi=arxG-pIWDD4euPFC
what are your dials? i counted like 38-40 second extraction was curious?
Dial is the steam and boiler pressure. Extraction time is 32 seconds.
thanks for the reply how many grams and how much out? @@BaristaBuoy
@@osmanhat 18g in 36g out 🤎☕
Another excellent video, cheers 👍
Thank you! 🤎☕
hello buoys... are you use solar/battery for machine espresso power?
Hello, i run off 2 leisure batteries and a gas bottle, the Fracino machine is dual fuel, so can run off either all electric or gas to heat up the boiler ☕🤎
It's great to see you back with another video! Cheers! ☕👍
Thank you! ☕🤎
May I ask what size cups are you using and milk jug? Also your syrup flavours. Thank you
I use 8oz and 12oz cups. With a 600ml milk pitcher 😊☕🤎
I see me 👋
finally ur back
😁🤎☕
You’ve got a good hustle going on here. Your customers seem to really like you.
Thank you! 🤎☕
Who makes that grinder?
Its the Mahlkonig E65S GBW 😊☕
@@BaristaBuoy Great thank you, your videos are very relaxing. I wish I can taste your coffee.
Hey fellow coffee business buoy! This was fun to watch! Well done on running such an operation - it must be freezing out there sometimes - we are so spoilt by our warm and cozy coffee shop! :D Few things I noticed that could be easily done better: hang your portafilter cloth lower - so the leftover bits fall on the ground and not onto your worksurface/chocolates. And secondly, I see that you are using the temperature meter to steam the milk - nothing wrong with that - but hold your pitcher with the other hand so you slowly learn how each temperature feels - so eventually you can get rid of the meter - will help a lot with latte art since you won't have a stick in your pitcher worsening your swirl-flow while steaming. Hope that makes sense! Also, have you encountered any problem running the GBW grinder outside? What temperature does it show during normal operation? Maybe you don't have it enabled - you can do that in the menu. I'm curious as we have one in one of our shops and we are considering it for our outside location as well.. Thanks for any info! :) Anyway, wish you all the best, I subscribed, I go watch the next one! Greetings from Denmark! :) PS: are people surfing on your beach? If yes - we will come for surf & coffee :))
Hey guys! Thank you for your productive and kind comment😊 In regards to the cloth, i did have it lower when i first started but being in the environment im in with so many of my customers dog walkers, on to many occasions customers stand quite close and ive had dogs nose the cloth, which obviously is a hygiene issue. I cant think where else to have it in a nice location and keep it out the way. With the temperature probe i completely understand and its somethinh i need to try dial in with touch. With my past trade being a mechanical engineer/welding my touch to temperature is far greater than most. When i think the jug was at the right temp, i was actually way over the ideal temp and was making drinks to hot. But this is something i need to dial in to get rid of those for sure! The ginder has been absolutely amazing! During peak summer temps of 35 to now down to 4 degrees some days recently. Work flow/accuracy has been spot on with it. I check the grind output weight occasionally during service just to check but its been maximum 0.2g out which is amazing considering it's environment. People do sometimes surf or paddle board at the beach but the waves are nothing special haha. The only days ive seen waves that really are good for surfing, are days that i nearly get blown off the cliff 😂 I would love to come visit you guys, your place looks beautiful, and most importantly the coffee looks delicious ☕🤎 Keep up your videos! love Barista Buoy 🤎🙏
Hey! Yeah, dogs touching the cloth is not great! :D To be honest, I have never seen a 100% perfect solution for the cloth - in our shops it is just hanging under the counter and some of the bits always just end up on the floor. So we just vacuum/sweep it in the end... Yeah, everybody has a different sensitivity to heat. When we train our staff - for some the ideal temperature feels mildly warm while others can't keep their hand on the pitcher as it is too hot for them. Both is fine - it is just about learning how the ideal temperature feels to your own hand. It is a good habit also to keep tasting the coffees - to learn how each temperature feels when drinking - which it is ultimately all about... :))) Good to hear about the Mahlkoenig being so stable even outside. What improved our consistency a lot - is that we started to lock the burrs with the little spin dial in the back. Its placement is very impractical for daily use - but locking it improves our accuracy enormously as it prevents microvibrations = burr movement. Maybe could be a game changer outside in your little unstable cart... Thoughts? And thanks! We are excited about starting this RUclips journey - I assume we share that excitement! It is a lot of fun to film in our shop and share our coffee world with the world! :D Anyway, good luck with everything, let's stay in touch! :) Greetings from Denmark, twenty twenty coffee :))))

How you power that 3000 watt espresso machine? A genset?
The Fracino machine is dual fuel. It can run off gas or just electric to heat up the boiler. I run my setup with 2 leisure batteries and a gas bottle. So I'm completely silent operating 😊☕🤎
@@BaristaBuoy nice setup, thanks for replying 👍

Very nice. Congrats and best of luck !!!
Thanks so much! 🤎☕
I have a niche too, how do you find the workflow on it, and what beans do you use it for? I am hoping to get a fiorenzato all ground grinder and keep my niche for decaf only
The Niche is and amazing piece of kit, i cant beleive just how well built it is! I literally use it for my decaf & occasionally if i have a guest coffee on. Workflow is great grinding 19g is done is done quickly, when i put the beans in, its pretty much ground and ready by the time I've popped the portafilter, out knocked the last batch of coffee out and gave it a wipe.
Nice video bud, just subscribed 👍
Thank you ☕🤎 i hope you enjoy the future content 😊
I would be so nervous!😂
Haha he was too! But he had fun & now understands pouring latte art isnt easy! 😂☕🤎
You're barely tamping the coffee, you're taking out the milk and putting it back in very inefficiently, no WDT (a billion clumps), no flushing of the portafilter (just wiping on a dirty towel). You use a distributor which doesn't make a difference if you're WDT'ing, the milk jug looks gross as hell because you're not cleaning it, and let throttled milk get stuck over time. I'd be disgusted to get coffee served coffee like this.
thats way more effort most cafes do these days. He has a clean wokrflow and it works. Why waste the milk ? He will definitely clean it at some point but people wants their coffee in under 10min 😅
@@janv8859 he seems to have time to waste on a distributor lol. It looks cold in the morning so he could probably have the milk outside the fridge. Milk doesn't go bad unless it's above 20 degrees Celsius or so.
@@Adam-cn5ibif you've been to Costa you would know that they don't rinse their jugs at all throughout the day which is worse considering that they are brick and mortar buildings. You have to remember that you can't expect a rinsed pitcher on one of these small mobile coffee shops due to lack of water supply and space in the vehicle.
The video looks like im not tamping hard but i am, a WDT tool when serving a busy business. This isnt a home 5 minute coffee prep situation. Unless my customers want to wait minutes at a time, Which isn't viable. A distribution is necessary to give you a nice even flat surface to finish the tamp..... In regards to the milk, the milk is left out during a busy time as its being used constantly. But as soon as service stops, it does go straight in the fridge. With it being in direct sunlight sometimes, why would i want milk to sit in that. I want to keep the milk as cold as possible all the time.....Yes I'd love a jug rinser on the tuk tuk. Bare in mind im working in a free area of around 10 by 10 inches. As soon as my busy period finishes the jugs are rinsed using the machines hot water tap.... Also every work flow cafe knocks their coffee and wipes the portafilter with a cloth. (clothes are washed every single day) i do not have a unlimited water supply like a cafe. My system holds a total of 25 litres plus machines boiler..... Also the steam wand is wiped and purged every single use.... But thank you for expressing your feelings @adam we all have an ideal world and i do the best with what i have. Have a great day. I hope the cafe you own and work and do all this prep between every single customer is successful. Please let me know where it is and i will come try your amazing coffee🤎☕
Awesome video, I really like how your setup is simple and efficient. Subscribed. What machine are you using? It sounds like it was built like a tank 👍👍
Thank you for subscribing! Glad you enjoyed the video, machine wise its the Fracino Dual Fuel. Its an absolute Workhorse. Also im using the Mahlkonig E65S GBW Grinder, which is also an unbelievable piece of kit! 🤎☕
