Hi Lori, great detailed video, but I have two questions: I've found that my similar caps are not air or liquid tight. I'm just preparing PBS for dilutions, and it would be important that the volume doesn't change too much due to evaporation since I want to prepare them a few days ahead of use. How long can you keep these after autoclaving usually? Do you know any autoclavable, air/water-tight cap? I've seen polyethylene ones with triple seal rings, but no polypropylene ones. Thanks so much.
