May be you want to checkout Talend, an ETL Tool much like Taipy but back then they used to have open studio became quite popular and then moved to subscription model. Good for developing community first!

Joining SQLite3 - I used TaiPy in a tutorial for my students. It seems a lot better than tkinter. Are there any tutorials available that I can work through for using Taipy as an interface for a sqlite3 database. Currently we use DB browser and VS Code for the python and SQLite3 combo

I like designing the GUI elements in a WYSIWYG editor , then separately code what those elements do. I don't think tkinter has any, but PyQt has Qt Designer. GTK has Glade/Cambalache /GTK Builder, and wxWidgets has wxSmith / wxGlade / wxFormBuilder. BTW, any thoughts on how Taipy compares to Taipy Designer StreamLit Gradio Google Mesop NiceGuI ImGui / pyimgui / dearpygui (WYSIWYG Editors: tpecholt / imrad , Raais/ImStudio , ImGuiBuilder and JamesBoer / ImFrame)

This designer should be made freely available in free tier mode. You are providing its access in enterprise version of taipy. This is a classic trap where software companies get into and impede the popularity of their framework. An enterprise may not really require a designer because they would anyway have resources to do the development on the framework, on the other hand taipy framework gets popular among individuals if such tools are available to them and they influence the popularity right up to enterprise. You have a very strong market leader Streamlit, they are very popular because every tool is free in free version of application framework, then there is Zoho from India, they are not in python but will beat both Streamlit and taipy . They have a product Zoho creator which presents their framework via designer like tool on their cloud. They are world leaders in SAAS for a decade. In short give all tools in your your free version, then only people will try and use and make the product popular. Else Streamlit is there at present.
