18 months off pins, wow I wish it took me almost 3 yrs. Hang in there I detoxed gabas too took a couple months off

I literally left the ‘Benzo Community’ after continuously getting a hard time for explaining to people within it how adding other ‘things’ into the mix whilst can cause more problems. Nobody listens. Then… they end up where you now are… 🤷🏼‍♂️ But for saying such in advance, I became ‘the bad guy’. So now I just don’t bother anymore.

Help! Our daughter has been ill for the past 2 1/2 years. Has been in therapy and is under the care of a psychiatrist during this time. She has been taking several types of medication to deal with severe anxiety and depression. She worked in a speciality children's hospital and holds her masters in social work. She lost her employment at the hospital due to severe anxiety. She was put on Gabepenten recently and I am am so concerned. She is not getting better and I am so concerned of the side effects associated with the Gabepenten. She is 33 years old and she is desperate. I am so worried and I don't know how to help her. Please comment. Thank you.

I left a super long rambly comment but I’ll just write a paragraph. As an ex heroin addict who’s dabbled quite a bit in benzos, I’m appalled by how gaba drugs are prescribed so much to non addicts who have no clue what they’re getting into. Like I said my main drugs were opiates and I’d take being addicted to and withdrawing from opiates any day of the week over benzos. Like other commenters said the gaba probably stopped the benzo healing process from healing completely but gabapentin is a weird ass drug I hope to be off soon and videos like yours make me want to get off asap. Hope you’re doing well and fully healed, I know what it’s like to go through WD after WD and it’s 100x worse when you don’t know what to expect, the medical system is completely broken. Godbless

You guys will be okay 👌🏾 just let god work on you. It’s gonna be hard to kick the withdrawals but you will be fine. Drink lots of fluids and taper off it

Hello, I took 3 and a half years Klonopin 1 mg, I have been free for 12 months after a decrease of only 5 days. I have many crazy symptoms, paranoia (I think that all people look at me), agoraphobia, depersonalization, derealization, a lot of anxiety, tachycardia, sensitive to noise, blurred vision, fear of everything, paranoid intrusive obsessive thoughts. ¿Is it normal that at 12 months I still have all these symptoms? I rarely leave my house, because every time I go out, I think that all the people are looking at me, this is very hard, it makes me want to cry sometimes, it seems that this hell never ends. I want to leave my house without being afraid and without thinking that all the people are looking at me, this never happened to me.

It sounds like Gabapentin interfered with your body’s ability to heal completely from the Benzo (since it increases Gaba), and what you are feeling is actually a continuation of unresolved benzo withdrawal. I’ve come to this conclusion from personal experience. Good luck, and hope this helps.

Used to play ice hockey and went thru opiate withdrawal after an injury resulted in a prolonged hospital stay (this was just before the crackdown started). After going thru that I’m oddly fascinated by this nightmare. All the best and it doesssss get better y’all

Doctor Isabella Wentz MD PDH has supplements on her website to for adrenal support. She focuses on Hashimoto's thyroid condition and her supplement line is called Rootcology. She has also written a couple of books with self-help for healing hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's. She also sends out very informative emails and you can reply to them with questions and you might get an answer. Maybe this information can be some help to you in healing your adrenals. Dear Becca, you are so deserving of support as we all are. I'm with you. I will pray for you. I have my own situation as I want to get off of .25 mg klonopin (on .5 mg for 6 mos. and .25 for 6-7 mos.). Take 300 mg. gabapentin for essential tremor 1-3 daily and thought it could help me w/draw and sleep better but your video and others on sites make me concerned about the gabapentin. Oh boy oh boy. Drugs are not always the best route in life. I will pray you have an easy/easier and complete recovery. You're a great person.

Did your healing happen pretty quickly or slowly and gradually?

I’ve been off benzos for four years my doctor put me on gabapentin for neuropathy in my feet I took the gabapentin one night and it sent me back into what I felt like withdrawal from the benzo’s so I’m not gonna take gabapentin.

I am praying for you. My story is so similar to yours. My adrenals are damaged as well. I would love to know how your doing.

My story is almost the exact same. Years of benzo withdrawals that were a living hell. Finally thought I'd give another medication a chance and tried gabapentin, only been on it for a week and already feeling panicked and shaking and shaky vision when I miss even an hour of a dose. Stopping tomorrow and not looking forward to this at all. Trying to stay positive. I'm heartbroken. I hope you're doing a lot better :( !!! These drugs are so dangerous. It blows my mind.

I called it suicide pain when went through this for YEARS. Klonopin and neurontin withdrawal will devastate your body mind and soul. Suicide feels like the only way out of absolute constant hell. I made it through but honestly I can't believe it.

I was placed on zyprexa lithium and Prozac as psych dr in stress center diagnosed me with bipolar even though I tried to convince him it was benzo w/d. Due to the high risks associated with antipsychotic I am afraid to stay on it. I am currently suffering terribly with akathisia and DP/DR. The aka is like hell on earth. Would you slowly taper off the zyprexa? I am 6 months out from CT of Xanax. I was reinstated back on Valium and just made my last cut yesterday. I should be completely off benzo in about one month.

When I was in my first rehab in 1993 they want you off of all drugs. Now they want you off your drugs and they put you on their drugs. I told a friend of mine that you have to be off all drugs to achieve sobriety he would say you don't know more than the doctors. Sad to say he's dead. I'm sober 21 years. The problem with doctors and addiction doctors only know how to prescribed.

In previous videos you had worried about loosing your job, now it's happened. I guess you can't be a suicidal nurse practitioner. YOU NEED TO MOVE MORE. Walk a little more everyday until you are able to walk an hour everyday. Concentrate on yourself, don't waste your energy on complaining about the health care inequities we all face.

Stop blaming everything on a drug withdrawal. It is possible you are suffering from an endocrine or autoimmune disorder. A nutritional deficiency or allergy. Or a response to an environmental toxin or allergy. I hate to tell you this but it sounds like you had issues Before you went on benzos.

Hey beccy, have you looked into medical cannabis? I’ve had to go through withdraw from a couple serious prescriptions too and paws isn’t friendly. But I’ve found that a lot of the things they gave us pills for in the first place can be better treated with that funny little flower. Just a thought from a rando internet stranger who saw another stranger suffering. You’re strong as hell ✌️❤️👊

The doctors kept trying to put me on all the antipsychotic meds. It just made things worse. God and Jesus are the only way. Did your hysterectomy work on your PMDD I keep asking my doctor if the hysterectomy will work and he says it will not work for me he tried to put me on birth control pills but I do not do well on medication now since I have been kindled

I’m going through this now!!!!! I’m in Hell. I’m tapering off 800 . Every week going down 200. I’m going to lose my Job. I’m angry I even got on this stupid drug. Do you still have speech problems. I pray this all ends soon

I haven't heard of gabapentin starting and stopping can result in kindling like benzos.

I'll pray for you my sister. I'm on my fight for life with Clonazepam. Down to 0.5mg from 1mg. The hardest part starts now on the lower does. God bless you. God bless us all 🙏
