Would that be a better answer Because I have been drinking smoking and doing drugs since I was 5 and by 13 I was on a lot that until clone came out and was added to my list and I have been clean for a year and a half so street life I've been there and now I'm someone who knows to be thankful and praise God because he sent his only begotten son and whoever believes in him shall not perish but have ever lasting life I told you a lot and haven't even scratched the surface

I assume you’re being sarcastic? It’s funny you use the airlines as an example. Planes are falling apart because these corporations are cutting corners and silencing anyone who calls out the danger. Just like in politics, the competent people aren’t in charge. Instead, the ones who are good at being thieves are in charge.

We have a government full of career -criminals- politicians and what has their experience brought? They earn around $250K a year, but they're all multimillionaires. The money comes from lobbyists pushing for legislation that helps big corporations and/or insider trading which is highly illegal. Most have been out of touch with the everyday American for so long that they don't know what we need and don't care. This is what their experience has brought.

@@Korylistens actually President Trump gave major tax breaks to companies, including Boeing. He also stripped away Worker’s Comp., and any government agency in charge of checking the planes for safety. He wants his buddies to make as much money as possible.

I will say compared to Trump, he has very similar views on policy, has the guts and fortitude to say what's in his mind, but he also controls when and how he says things without holding back what needs to be said. He's also not a narcissist. Desantis is basically Trump in a more professional and thoughtful wrapper. I want Trump's policies with Trump's cajones, but with someone who is more careful with how they say things. If Trump would have used McEnany more, the media would have had a harder time painting him poorly. The Mexico and rapists comment comes to mind. I agree with the sentiment of what he said, but he said it in such a way that I cringed and knew the media would eat it up. He could have asked Kaleigh McEnany "how can I say the same thing but in a more professional manner?" and he could have said "There are plenty of people coming from Mexico illegally. Many of them are good people whose only crime is coming here illegally hoping for a better life. But there are also a large portion that are here for nefarious reasons and want to bring drugs and child trafficking with them. We can't always easily tell the difference." There. Same thing. Without making it easy for the media to paint him as a racist.

Definition: a person who has an excessive interest in or admiration of themselves A president represents the whole country. I’d rather have someone that wants to help the people than one who is interested in making himself and his buddies richer.

I don’t think that’s the point. A president could help the people and come out with more personal wealth. But what we’re seeing now is NO politician is helping the people and they’re ALL coming out obscenely rich.

Not entirely. There's plenty of emerging politicians that have a few years of experience but aren't apart of the Establishment. It's not something that is 0 to 100. There's definitely an in-between

The problem is power. Career politicians don't have the interest of their constituents in mind, just their own greed and power.

I was there all day and did not see any anti-Semitism. Just anti-war protesters. You should probably do research on Vietnam war protesters. Those in power used the same rhetoric that you’re using right now against those peaceful students decades ago. I would argue that denying law abiding citizens their First Amendment rights is more in line with the Nazis.

We have the ability and resources to do both. It's a choice that we're doing neither.

Objectively, housing is getting more expensive regardless of which party is in charge. We need leaders who aren’t bought and who can enact real change.

I find it odd to judge people based off of one tattoo. His words are a message of peace. Police are supposed to serve and protect. So when police are harming innocent civilians we should all be upset and want better.
