This worked. I boiled two gallon pots of water. Added a ton of salt, and degreaser detergent while it got hot. Poured it down the rain and BAM 🎉

The taste of the stock can be quite overpowering so I didn’t add it.

I added just a little water. The main ingredients are whole wheat flour and yogurt.

You don’t have to add cinnamon or nutmeg to the recipe.

You can use chicken stock or beef stock. Just use the liquid from any protein you cook.

Traditionally palm oil is used but you use any other oil you prefer.
