Li Long and Rock are the last of the first game's cast absent in the last two entries. Good thing there's always character creation, though I'd love to see them return, new designs or otherwise.

To this day, I legitimately consider that to be my absolute favorite Ivy costume. Used to nickname it "Commodore Ivy" when I was younger. It fits her formal roots, like she was doing her alchemy and the like under the guise of a noble. In all subsequent games with customization, I've tried recreating this look for Ivy, but never quite got it right like it is here in 2.

5:30 I think even Spawn would be impressed that a human opponent pulled that off on him, a hellspawn. Spawn always intrigued me going off his entry in Soul Calibur 2's strategy guide. Some cool moves, including the upward teleport the Katana & Shuriken style from Soul Calibur 3 reused. Now if only the Switch would get a port of this game so Spawn can finally clash with Link.
