How is the machine? Is it suitable to use as the main for a small specialty cafe? Im planning on either Leva X 😅r Strada X. Can you please recommend me which one is the best? Other recommendations are also acceptable
Congrats! I also used to own an LM Mini R, it was a great machine. Exact timing when I used a stopwatch with Leva. Coffee boiler at 35 to 92℃ for 11 minutes 24 seconds. Steam boiler at 35 to 122℃ for 12 minutes.
Hello, the great fashion for single dosing will not erase the ease of models with a hopper for domestic use (I say that, but I have a Niche, and also a Specialita), as long as total retention and retention between shots are controlled. It seems that Eureka is working hard on these points, even if it's only single dosing that's available today, with the exception of the Libra 65, which adds electronics... When will the first Mignon with a hopper accept either “All purpose” burrs or the optional “All black” burrs (option)? Do you have this information? For Eureka fans, we'll also be testing the taste in the cup, and can't wait to hear what you think. For example, compared with the buurs on the Atom 75 (which we're not sure are the same as those on the Mythos), what do these new 65mm burrs taste like? At home, a Mignon is “Mignon” (cute...) because it's less cumbersome...
I haven't had much experience yet. This is my 3rd machine, after the Breville and La Marzocco Gs3. So far I'm very happy with the workflow and consistent output of the Leva, except for the need to remove the cup when the coffee reaches the desired weight. It doesn't have a pressure release button or stop the brewing process.
@@artemgorodetsky8200 My personal opinion and feel, may not be accurate. Leva has a smoother, softer, sweeter feel with more pronounced flavor. Additionally, it extracts consistently from brew to brew.
Thanks you! I usually use Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Guatemala coffee beans for espresso, they are medium roast. For cappuccino or latte I use dark roasted Arabica blend coffee.
I tested it a few times before. Room temperature was around 28℃. Water was 99℃. The temperature measured in the espresso cup was around 65 - 66℃. I also took some pictures while measuring, but don't know how to upload them here.

Hello, What is the brand and model of your weighing scale? Thanks
Subscale by Subminimal. You can see it at this link: subminimal.com/products/subscale
Awesome as always! I am a fan of Lm Leva. How long does it take to heat up? I have Lm Mini currently and thinking of upgrading to Leva.

It is quite the end game set up you have there! Are you even looking for any additions?
I am happy with them now and have no intention of adding anything else. Thank you!
That puck is so clean it looks like a brownie

The size of that handle is rediculous 😂
Are you planning to try the new slayer steam single
I am very happy with my Leva every morning. I have not thought about changing it yet. If I do, the next machine will be La Marzocco Strada X.
Hi , how can you describe your experience with the LEVA ? Highly appreciated your feedback

@ thanks for reply! Do you see some difference between GS3 and LEVA according to extraction quality and aftertaste?

>Easily 30k+ setup >Uses ocd tool
Just wow ! Even watching tastes good
gold cup luôn rồi anh đạt quá
Such an expensive mashine but a stock stamped basket? Don't get me wrong that extraction looked pretty much perfect anyway haha.
you don't need a fancy machine if all you are making is milk drink
lovely shot!
the leva x is my dream machine. Also the eg 1 looks awesome. Currently I have a Micra and Weber Key so the budget version 🤣🤣🤣
Congratulations! The Micra and Weber Key are great machines! The Key is really very nice, is it a Mk1 or Mk2?
@ yes I definitely love them both they are awesome user experiences. It is a mk2.
Beautiful machine an great shot!
It is very mechanical and artistic. Amazing. Thank you for sharing!
I am happy you like it, thank you for watching!
If baristas in Italy do not make a science out of it, I am not going for it…simple like that.
That's okay, but when you restrict yourself you are missing out on some gems. Whatever floats your boat :)
Brauche auch so eine Maschine! 😊👍 Nice!
Yah, Leva X bro
Setting for the lagom?
Depending on the type of coffee bean. I usually use 0.5 to 0.7 grind for my Lagom.
Em xin giá Leva X :))
Giá thị trường x 50%. Bao vận chuyển, lắp đặt. Bảo hành 20 năm 😊😊😊
What kind of beans do you drink usually? Light or Med roast? Great video as always!
Thanks you! I usually use Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Guatemala coffee beans for espresso, they are medium roast. For cappuccino or latte I use dark roasted Arabica blend coffee.
Really helpful! Thanks. And what a beautiful shot

What is that device he puts his portafilter into after tamping but before brewing?
It is Normcore Espresso coffee filter paper.
I need this for my video, so satisfying
