Holding on to some memories... sharing a son's favorite tour in Spring Lake, NC, visiting the place where pawpaw, and many great soldiers are buried, and where Bragg Blvd was closed and the highway was built. He misses the millions of stoplights, powerlines, and traffic, we endured while traveling on Bragg Blvd. Now, we must explore the new highway.

Once we started making them, Rena enjoyed them so much she wanted to learn how. Ingredients: 1 16 oz bag of baby carrots 1/2 cup of brown sugar 2-3 Tbsp of salted butter 2-3 Tbsp of cooking oil Cook on low heat until carrots are tender or at your preferred texture. Enjoy!
