Grasp is the best Yasuo rune* ( 1250+ games on Yasuo/ Challenger for the 2 last seasons.)

I chose these runes for first blood or to gain the most advantage in the early game. Also, I think Bone Plating isn't very valuable for Yasuo because he already has a passive shield.
