3 years later - i still find this Very Epic . I managed to get my self a copy with engine noises and Dredd on the radio + effects .( created by a sound specialist ) was a fan re edit .. 2 in existence

Amazing work. Started revisting the old 2000 AD Progs I collected as a kid and wanted to get into animating a Dredd scene in my spare time. Love this one. Very reminiscent of the opening of Akira, especially with the skid at the end but still so distinctly Dredd. After seeing the live action movie I felt Dredd was played amazingly by Karl Urban but thatthe rest of the world just felt flat and hollow compared to it's comic counterpart. Hopefully one day we'll get a fully animated movie or show that captures the essence of the comic like this did, and better yet hopefully Karl Urban can reprise the role as Dredd. Great Work man!
