My karma karaoke by karasoft keeps shutting off as soon as I pull it up

A previous version of karma had a built in equalizer. did that disappear in newer updates, or is it hidden somewhere that I'm missing?

virgilgray has it right below--USE anything else if you have to spend money for Karaoke software. Karasoft's tech support is unbelievably insulting, childish and rude. Better off with a company with sense enough to value their paying customers.

Thanks for the time and effort you put into this video. Relatively new at hosting in a 55+ park. Luckily, I was introduced to the Karma program by a very experienced KJ. He doesn't seem to have any spare time to answer my questions about Karma, so I've been in self-teaching mode from day one. I'm sure I'll refer to your video many times in the near future. Much appreciated!

I have used Karma for several years and love it, however I have never been able to transfer my singers list with all of their singer history to a new computer. Would you consider making a youtube video about this?

Scott, I have used KARMA for the last 8 years and I love it. Can't say much for the support people, but then that goes with anything. I have looked into other programs and the GUI looks like crap, very unprofessional. I love the option of using a third monitor. By the way, the latest version if purchased by itself is just under $300. It seems steep, however it gives you so many more options that the others don’t include or offer. I have over 55000 songs, 200 videos, and over 1000 pro tracks that are not CDG, and it does a great job handling everything. Have fun and good job.

I must first comment by saying I am not a Professional, this is a Tribute from the heart and my talent is limited but I hope you enjoy the spirit of this performance. My timing is a bit off at times, worried I would flub the lyrics as usual. I must say this, the audience is so forgiving and wonderful. thank you for being so kind.
