Summary of what I understood: Dependent existence: Anything exists only in its relation to other things. Cause as Such: The thing from which something originates. Casual condition: The condition for the continued occurrence of a thing. Origination by Causation: It is self contradictory, as origination can only happen in one of the following ways: 1) A thing originates entirely by itself: This cannot be true as prior to its origination, the thing did not exist so how can it originate only from itself? 2) A thing originates entirely by others: This also cannot be true as we see instances of the continued existence of a thing even when the cause is removed. A potter makes a pot: the pot continues to exist even if the potter dies. So something else, for example the clay, is also responsible for the pot's existence. 3) A thing originates by itself and also by others: This also cannot be true as for this to be true, one part of the thing must be caused by itself and other part by others. The thing cannot originate because prior to its birth it itself did not exist; whereas after origination the other thing (e.g. the potter for the pot) might cease to exist even though the thing continues to exist. So, the cause does not stay the same throughout the thing's existence. 4) A thing originates neither by itself nor by others: This also is untrue as it would imply that the thing is eternal: meaning it cannot have originated (contradiction of our original assumption). Samriddhi Sat (Practical Truth): The truths we conventionally see or speak about: Apple is red, a man is tall etc Paramarth Sat (Ultimate Truth): The true reality without any relation or utility to us. Mistakes in understanding are sincerely regretted. But what an illuminating video it was! Thanks for uploading!

Ive heard that schopenhauer read indian philosophy, is there a relationship between it and the nyanya sutras? Some of these ideas really remind his analysis of the mind. And the "fascetious rhetoric" (paraphrasing dont remember:p) from the last ep very much his art of being right:). Thx again!
