Welcome to my channel, The Motorcycling Yogi. Thank you for dropping by.
I am very much a believer that yoga is for everyone irrespective of age, gender, fitness and background. I am keen to show you that you don't have to be a lycra-clad person on some exotic beach demonstrating pretzel-like poses to be a yogi. It is about doing what you can, wherever you are at. If you are afraid or don't know where to start, just say for today, I am going to try one posture. The very first yoga sutra (thread of wisdom) says 'Atha Yoga Nuasasanam' - loosely translated it means - don't wait for the perfect time or the perfect conditions to do yoga, try it now.
I hope you find these short videos ignite a flame within you that will never burn out.

How is the little ambulance going? I'm building a model of that Wadhsm ambulance and I'm factoring in working lights. If I had money and time I'd live a real Wadhsm stringer and would restore it and go to all the shows.
