Hi, there isn’t any defined maximum age for participation. Some riders in the current championship are around 40 years of age and are still participating. However, one must get an FMSCI approved racing license to be eligible for participating in motorsport events and for applicants who are above 50, they must submit ECG reports and stress test results to apply for the competition license. You can visit the fmsci website (link given in video description) to know more!

Currently, the championship doesn’t have a category for 200cc apart from the Apache rtr 200 category. Even the Stock and prostock categories are for up to 165cc and 301-400cc. You can visit the fmsci website provided in the video description to get more details. Even if a 200 cc category is introduced, the motorcycles must be homologated and must adhere to the technical and functional rules of the FMSCI.

400 KM/h is a bit far fetched and is too dangerous. If the main straight is even more long it will sort of become a drag race 😛 and the bike with the better top speed (which in case the ducati) will likely win. Plus it will be dangerous since motogp bike riders are not confined in a protected space like F1 drivers where they are seated inside the car. Braking from 400 kmph to bank into a corner will be even more difficult. A lot of things are involved like tyre wear, brake efficiency, bike handling to reduce the speed and brake from 400 kmph. But the future innovations in the sport will bring in more excitement for sure!

@@VROOOM yes bro what you told is correct. But MotoGP bikes are capable of reaching 400 km/h especially Ducati and may be ktm and honda. I red two articles where Ducati's MotoGP chief test rider Micheal Pirro said their motogp bikes are easily capable of reaching over 400 Kmh if they get more space with longer gearing. But yes as you told it may be dangerous. By the way Thank you bro for your reply 😊👍

Hi, Generally scoring a podium in MotoGP denotes finishing in second or in third place. Finishing a race first (P1) is declared a race victory whereas the riders finishing in P2 and P3 are often cited as getting a podium. The first three riders of a race stand on the podium to receive the race trophies.

Yes you are right but the 125cc was the predecessor to moto3. In fact, Marc was the last generation of 125cc class riders after which the class was renamed as Moto3 with the engine displacement being increased to 250cc. We wanted to give an idea that these motogp stalwarts started their career from the beginner class (which is the moto3 or its former name - the 125 cc category)
