Temagami Canoe Trip 2023 - Lady Evelyn River

Our 2023 trip through the Lady Evelyn North and South branches. Five nights including stays on Sirdevan Lake, Lady Evelyn Lake, Diamond Lake and the north and south branches of the Lady Evelyn river.
Doing this loop next week.
We did nearly the same trip on Labour Day weekend 2023, probably not too long after you. Only difference being instead of your route through Sirdevan we went Diamond-Lady Evelyn-Sucker Gut in just 3.5 days. The waterfalls were fantastic, Helen's being my favourite.
Agree - love the river and the falls, we've done it twice now.
6:30 That's a loon congress, supposedly they're gathering to decide whether to fly south yet or not. I've only seen one congress, they were swimming in a big circle continuously bobbing. I've read an ecologist's opinion that a dive is a go vote, no dive is no go.
