For calculating spacing you should divide 1000 by number of bars and not spacing between since in the next 1m too there will be same no.of bars and your analogy will lead to 2 bars at the same common edge location. Draw once you'll understand. But good video nonetheless. 👍

Back side of our residential plot is belonging to other party and they has a road of 6 foot which was given from our plot at the time of sale and only used by them for transportation. This 6 foot road is connected to another 8 foot sub road (other than main road). My question is whether it is necessary to give a space of 1.2 m (4 Foot) from this 6 foot road as one of our plot sides (left) is along with this 6 foot road, because we have a small plot area.
