A good one, but maybe it's just me - yes, transactional friends can help in various ways but a time will come and comes that you will realize it's hard to keep up with such friends.
Thanks for sharing those thoughts D. Yes keeping up with transactional friends has its challenges and rewards. Watch the podcast on how to disagree, so you can say no and still keep the relationship.

Hello sir bai n borse
❤All decisions should be decision it should not be to please someone? ❤
Yes, a decision should be thought thru. Pleasing may happen in the short term, however in the long run it will be clear that was your best decision under the circumstances.
Do any of these resonate with you? " I am a people pleaser. I avoid conflicts, apologize easily, agree with everyone, hide my actual feelings and seek validation."
- People lie to the other person to please them. This can eventually break the trust. One cannot fool other people all the time. The other people may not inform you that they trust you less. - Team energy is lost. One has the warped definition of fairness. There is no integrity. - As a people pleaser, one attracts people who are people pleaser too. This changes the definition of love for a people pleaser. - Once people pleaser becomes a habit, a person does not understand the meaning of love. The definition of love is wrong for a people pleaser.
People pleasers like to please other people. But they actually hurt them. The Online Samosa People pleasers praise even if they do not like something. People pleasing is not the same as social grease, which is pleasantries exchange that is required. Why do people pick up this skill of people pleasing? 1. It is a survival skill, or a manipulation skill used for survival - usually at a young age. It starts with uncontained anger and the child's mood not being cared for; the parent is looking after their own mood. - is more important.
Three methods to reduce the pain.
The art of saying sorry. "I shouldn't have said that." "Sorry I take that back" This is something we feel after seeing that our words hurt someone. Have you felt that way before?
Methods of DISAGREEING-- 1. Agree to Disagree---some people can handle risk but some people cannot. If a husband or wife knows how to take risk then one of them should agree to disagree on certain decisions. One has to agree or disagree with love. Without love our lips should not part. 2. Disagreement on data-- If a couple is not an expert on a topic and are disagreeing then they should call or reach out to an expert. 3. Learn to listen, understand, and repeat the same thing to the same party. Other person must feel understood. This requires us to put our ego aside. One must say to ourselves, a discussion is not about beginning about the conclusion.
How you disagree tells people if you are a team player or not. It also shows if you are noble. There are 3 ways to DISAGREE. Specially on the following topics: Religion, Politics, Risk Taking. 1. Agree to disagree. 2. Call in an expert. 3. Listen, Understand and repeat back.
Are you civilized or a barbarian? Many times in life we run into disagreements with family and friends. We must learn how to disagree. Let us respectfully and with love agree to disagree, the necessary skill for being civilized.

From Good to Better Friends We are lucky to have good friends in our life. Indeed, good friends make life immensely more complete. Great lives are made with a few great friends, we show how to make good friends into better friends.
Fleeting things in our lives gives us joy. We have to catch those moments. I don't think there is any permanent happiness. In fact, it may not be good for us to be permanently happy.
Thanks that is indeed the observation which gave rise to a series of experiments around joy and attempts to prolong it. SO these observations are based om a part of reality, the conclusion however needs some more data. Research led to the discovery of 'mental state' and 'mood' versus emotion. States can last continuously for months or decades, like love, depression, happiness. Emotions like joy, anger, lust, sense based pleasure etc. are fleeting (7 seconds to minutes) and need to be rekindled frequently, and Moods can last for hours, days, or weeks. According to Harvard educated neuroscientist, Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, the lifespan of an emotion lasts 90 seconds. Psychology Today's opinion: 30 minutes to 5 days (for sadness, that lasts the longest). Modern science has a tough time classifying love as an emotion. Sometimes they call it a secondary emotion. "There are different perspectives on whether love is a mood, emotion, or something else". We say that love is a mental state. We have shows 61, 62 on emotions, that are helpful Please tell us what you think about those shows. We have a future show on emotions and states. Lookout for that one…. 🙂
How Stress and Anxiety affects our daily life if not addressed the right way. Stress, Worry, Anxiety causes aging, cardio related diseases. Two types of Stress: Eustress or good stress and bad stress. Stress for survival. Stress produces Cortisol. Why stress is good? How to Destress? This needs to be learnt. Stress affects the reproductive system, impact on heart blood circulation, increases sugar in the blood. Essential skills to learn to understand anxiety.
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. It can be a reaction to stress. For example, you might feel anxious when faced with a difficult problem at work, before taking a test, or before making an important decision. It can help motivate you to take some action, at some cost to your body.
Stress is defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by difficult situation(s). Stress is a natural human response that prompts us to address the challenges and threats in our lives, and take action, in a motivated way.
Grief can end. There are stages of of overcoming grief. However, it is also good to understand how grief happens, and to strengthen our core so that deep grief can then be overcome. This video discusses that strength, stage, or elevation. It is possible to not be sad even when life events happen.
Projection, Maya, Ability to look forward. It can also be defined as the act of perceiving a mental object (ie in the mind) as spatially and sensibly objective (real).
Empty compliments are compliments that lack sincerity and depth, and are given without genuine meaning or specific details. They can be shallow, generic, and often focus on the giver instead of the recipient. For example, empty compliments might start with the word "I". When someone receives empty praise, they may not feel truly valued or understand what they did well. Empty compliments can also hinder personal growth and motivation. Compliments are shallow, generic, and often focused on the giver rather than the recipient. Why it's so hard for some people to accept compliments . Compliments can provoke anxiety in people with low self-esteem, because the compliments challenge their self-view.
1. Transactional praise, either false or true, the goal is to get something from them. 2. Egotistical praise. 3. Must have a second rule in our brain. 4. Praise can be good for actual business transaction if appropriate. 5. Sometimes people will praise you to receive praise back. 6. Egotistical praising can make you lazy-- a bad way to praise an employee who do not work hard.
Sometimes when people praise you, first you feel good, then you feel empty. What is Empty praise? Empty Compliments Destroy Relationships. The Online Samosa What is Transactional Praising. What are the types and styles and what to do?
"The more knowledge you have about reality, you will have less fears." Loved this quote of yours Sandeep Tiwari. We are constantly surrounded with fears in our lives. To overcome fears is one of the most liberating things in life!! Thank you for covering this topic! 🙏🙏
Interesting, thank you. Most of us do get better in controlling and regulating our emotions as we age. Experience, temperament, and a conscious effort in controlling our emotions/ reactions also plays a big part.
When you praise someone, be sincere and don't fake it. Make sure to point out the value they added. For example, if someone did a good job on a project, you might say something like, "Your contribution was essential to the success of this project. You took the initiative to do the research and then organized the data in a way that made it easy for the team to understand. Your efforts made a real difference." When praising kids, it's important to praise the effort they put in, not just for showing up. For example, if a child has spent a lot of time practicing a skill, you might say something like, "I know you worked really hard on this project. You had to overcome a lot of challenges, but you never gave up. Your dedication and hard work paid off."
When praising someone, it's important to be sincere and not fake. Also, it's important to point out the value that's been added. When praising kids, it's important to praise the difficult journey, not just for showing up.
In a compliment (praise), the value that is provided should be pointed out. When teaching our kids, they should know how to react to the situation and thank the appropriate person. 1. Praise should be for thinking, and must be given even if the results are not what you expected. 2. Reward and praise the learning and also the application of that learning.
Don’t praise kids just for showing up. Praise the difficult journey. 2. Gratitude and praise go together and they have to be earned. a. Gratitude should be given when the person has added value. b. Must point out to the value that has been added. c. Thanks should not be empty, you must be willing to do something for them.
We all love to praise. Did you know that praising can have negative consequences? The Online Samosa Do not praise in a fake manner. Praise and positive feedback have positive and negative repercussions'. --Incorrect praise can hurt people. --Praise must be honest and genuine and not fake. --Uncomfortable praise in the situation even if it is the enemy, must be done. Praising kids and adults is different-
Thanks for sharing this insightful video! It really breaks down how emotions can shape our perceptions and even hijack our thinking. I found the concept of 'Aavaran Shakti' particularly interesting! Keep going 😊
What is required for good Team Work? 1. Fairness- requires one to communicate and own up for a good job or bad job 2. Distribution of opportunity 3. Feedback management 4. Appreciation of opportunity 5. Ego management and raising energy builds the team 6. Skill development
Why do we need teamwork? 1. For brain development, 2. For social survival, 3. For success in marriage, 4. For work with people, 5. For sports and fun, 6. For warfare and survival, 7. For management, to become manager.

Understanding and enlightenment are oxymoron, you can not understand as its a continuous state of flow, without memory or thoughts
Yes, cognitive understanding and experiential knowledge are like that to be precise. Eastern or spiritual enlightenment are experiential knowledge, based on some core understanding and experimental cycles. This is the effort that is needed. Thanks for viewing, please view some others and see if some shift starts to happen.🙏

The Online Samosa Who is our close and who is our casual friend? * We need lots of casual friends in our lives. * Lack of internal clarity can cause misunderstanding of close friends. * We are lucky if we have close friends. Thanks Deepa, We are glad you liked this.
In these series of 8 videos we do not cover how to get Spiritual Enlightenment. We will cover that in a separate series to be released later.
Highest level Enlightenment exists, it is an experiential knowledge. In these SEVEN levels (that we chose, the levels can be divided into anything convenient) we describe what each one is. ONENESS is the result of the inquiry into who is the Self. Each level represents the dropping of ignorance about the self, the perception engine, the impermanence of the emotions and the false sense of self. The academic understanding of Enlightenment--- 1. One must have Integrity. 2. Using integrity and a drive to know yourself, you uncover a higher quality of oneness, you experience what you were all along without falseness or ignorance and with bliss. 3. A lot more enlightenment exists than we realize. What do we get out of this experience of actual understanding of Enlightenment OR reaching ONENESS? a. When a person reaches this stage (of seld=f awareness) they see themselves differently. b. We are able to see the reality and Mayanagari(illusory world) c. We gain a new experiential understanding of infinite time. d. Complete loss of fear of death. e. Experience of Oneness- I am, Everything is me. Experience the death of Ego Ego does not drive). f. Experience of exuberant of joy even the things which are unpleasant. g. Experience of Maya (illusory) world and the Sat-Chit (absolute existence-consciousness), simultaneously. h. One experiences the rain of joy/love. i. There is an appropriate rain of power/wealth. j. One has the infinite need to give this joy to everyone else.
Insightful. Thought-provoking. Full of ideas. It will be helpful to understand directly what is not selfish, and sometimes questioned or perceived as being selfish. Is meditation selfish? Is trying to prioritize your needs in order not to please others is selfish?
1. Relax your body 2. All thoughts are welcome to come in and welcome to leave without attachment or judgement 3. If external input, say universe is noisy 4. Come back to mantra: aaaum Regards
Amazing to know that it is possible! Although I had heard of many saints having achieved this level of enlightenment and higher, this recasting of level 5 enlightenment is itself enlightening!
Thank you Sureshji. We are glad that you are enjoying these.
Watch Level 1 (next video) click here ruclips.net/video/0a8flrGJRvU/видео.html
Interesting. Helpful: “Experience of momentary bliss means my purpose of life is to discover it permanently.”
A bit complicated for me. I could not relate emotional spectrum or colors to this presentation. Level 2 which is emotionally driven and Level 3 is projection-driven. The elevation from level 2 to level 3 is a bit fuzzy.
Yes Sureshji, the series explain what levels there are, NOT how to transition from one to the other. Being able to see one's own emotions hijack and distort reality constantly, takes some work (learning and practice). It is then easier to see how the mind projects and also distorts reality.
