? You're worried about feeding your children peanuts but you add oils, fry the eggs instead of boil them, AND add salt to the eggs before smothering it in mayonnaise? How is that healthy? Boil the eggs days before and use whole eggs for salads and cut up the others for potato salads and egg salads, then just make the egg salad sandwiches. Boiling is healthier - and doesn't need extra oil (before you added the eggs to the pan) or salt. Feeding your kids extra salt while they're young isn't good.

A very different approach to making egg salad, one I never would have thought of. I like different points of view. I'm going to try to make egg salad this way. Thanks a lot for the video, karson30000.
