Am i the only one whos periods aren't extreme? When I was 12 and I was getting my first period I was terrified because I heard of all the cramps, pain, mood swings, cravings and it sounded like hell but for me nothing changes not even my mood expect that I'm bleeding and I wake up with red sheets instead of white.🙂💢, no cramps or any mood swings it feels like any average day for me So i dont understand the sufferings to the same levels as many other people but to people who experience a lot of pain durning periods, I send love
