Any light will work or special lights needed?
You'd need a DALI ballast/light driver. As for the type of lighting (Fluorescent, LED, HID, etc...), any can be used on a DALI network in theory.

How is this "Moons" stepper motor working after almost a year of use? Also, was this "PNP"? Or did you need to swap around any wiring? I'm looking to replace all my stepper motors on my Ended 3. The noise is a bit much with the stock steppers plus "Moons" claims to give you a much smoother print by just switching to thier brand of stepper motors.
I really liked vacuum stepper motors.
