Valarijex is an Australian EDM artist, composer, and multi-instrumentalist who performs various electronic genres uniquely and seamlessly blends them into one DJ mix.
“My approach to my sets is from the perspective of an instrumentalist rather than a DJ. DJ has become almost a dirty word now; it feels limiting. I play live sets for the freedom to experiment. Much like a Jazz musician craves the space to improvise, I crave the moment where I can add layers and textures to surprise and reinvent what someone might be expecting when listening to a live mix.”
At eight years of age, Valarijex picked up his first guitar and felt a moment of relief and joy for the first time.

That's great to hear! For sure, here is a great article to get you started.www.digitaldjtips.com/guide-to-dj-livestreaming/ Starting out, I'd recommend grabbing an LED phone light stand from Amazon. Very easy to use & more than enough for lighting. In terms of recording, I have always preferred audio interfaces & OBS for streaming over the iRig setup. But the iRig setup is very popular and will give you good quality. Overall, the main challenge is the latency & video quality of the stream. That will just take you some time to see what works for your setup. Testing things out. If you become overwhelmed setting up for streaming & recording. Just focus on recording a great performance, and you can upload it. But try not to sacrifice audio quality for video quality. It's always better to have the best possible audio over how things will look at the start, Hope that helps! :)
