Yup, we’ve used the shuttle service many times, highly recommend it especially if you have Massanutten bike park season pass as the western slopes shuttle service is included. The service may have currently stopped for the winter so call them before going.

I usually ride solo when riding somewhere new. I’m planning a multi day group ride at Carvins Cove next year, amazing trails!

@@TheNewnan3 Best I can describe, Bryce is like your fun local amusement park and Snowshoe is like Disney Land. It has more of everything you’d want. Unofficially, both Bryce and Snowshoe allow emtbs.

@@brian4828 I try not to look down there unless I have to. I did break a spoke, easy $3 fix. All my bikes have flat pedals for quick bail out. Do you prefer clip-in or flats?

@@BikingBadwithTC In that terrain, I'd definitely be riding flat pedals. I'm a BMX guy from the early 80's, so even when I did ride clipless, it just didn't feel as good when I rode BMX.

@@BikingBadwithTC no - haven’t used a gimbal since my hero 6. I think the hypersmooth technology even on my 9 looks pretty smooth

@@jt_mtb1 I normally use GoPro 12 with MLM 2.0, without post color grading. Specifically for creating MTBing videos, here are my first impressions. Further testing to come with settings changes. Cons No horizon lock with 4K (personal preference, a requirement) Bright / dark transition color management Stabilization (good, not great as GoPro with MLM) Clicking noise (quick mount?) Pros Battery runtime (had 25% left even after full FH ride and 10 min file transfer) File transfer speed (unbelievably fast) Low light performance Wind noise reduction (no more windslayer or deadcat fur needed)

@@JubeProductions take it out for a spin around your neighborhood, not MTB trails, and I think you’ll hear it too. Apparently it’s normal when power is disengaging.

@@BikingBadwithTC I rode last night and did hear it once or twice, but when I'm trail riding it's hard to notice.

@@JubeProductions Definitely helped reduce pedal strikes for me too, they’re I9 Enduro S wheels and they’ve held up well, trouble free two years riding gnarly trails.

If long drive, I’d check their trail open/close status first as half of the trail systems were closed during my visit.

Yup, Good xc trails, couple trails were closed when I went 3 weeks ago.

Hi there, if you’re a beginner I’d search for green rated trails near you, ex. Schaeffer farms, checkout my videos. Frederick Watershed and Gambrill park trails require advanced riding skills, lots MTBing experience, even the green rated trails. MTBing is inherently dangerous sport so you will crash, many times, just don’t know when. Make sure to wear a good helmet and knee/elbow pads and take plenty water and snacks for long rides. Join Facebook groups ex. Nova Mountain biking group to ask and learn everything about MTBing and places to ride. Hope to see you out on the trails!

Hey there, I’d rate it a beginner trail but lots fun especially if ridden fast.

Congrats, 1st Place finish🏆. My schedule was a mess that weekend, had a business trip that got cancelled last minute.

Yea, it’s out of reach for many because of the long drive and lots tough techy climbs means multi-day trip to ride all trails. Of course with eMTB that’s no longer a problem 😊.

Surprised you haven’t ridden here yet, usually I’m watching your videos for trail intel 😊
