Only ref problem was inconsistent calling with fouls. At least there seemed to be a different standard with the half’s. I personally don’t mind it ruff play on but need consistency. Each game will be different but each crew needs to work together just like the teams do.

Illinois fans should thank GOD that Caleb GRILL was out the day they beat US by 3-points, Missouri is in a better basketball conference this year and it's NOT even close--when was the last time a Big10 BB team won a NATIONAL TITLE? Worst use of replay I've seen was in the TX game when they took a basket away 4-5 minutes after it was scored. It was the Ant layup that got blocked of the backboard. It was called goaltending at the time, and they reversed it on the next timeout. Problem is that the initial call stopped play, and if it hadn't, Mizzou had the next guy coming downcourt that could easily have gotten that ball and possible/probably scored. That's just inexcusable use of replay in my mind.

Ratliff was solid, loved his game... junkyard dog around the basket. Very athletic... Author Johnsons game was solid as well... another guy was Kelly Thames AFTER the acl injury... one last one... he had some issues but loved his game and that was Stepfon Hannah...

Arthur Johnson is never talked about anymore. Could make the argument that he’s the greatest Mizzou big man of all time.

Justin Safford. Not a star player but underrated I'd say, was having a great junior season then tore his ACL and wasn't really the same his senior year. Good player overall though and one of my favorites from that era

Pretty much a lock for the tourney especially if they take care of home court, and just take 1 or 2 from the stretch of @ Miss State @ Vols, home against A&M.

Ironically enough the two plays of the game were non triples by Caleb; the rip from a grounded Brazille followed by an immediate dunk and then the steal/breakaway by the GrillMaster who finished with a insane dunk contest worthy dunk! If we don't get to the final 4 Caleb could be the rare 3pt and dunk contestant! What a talent that sure is

Beyond the impressive wins so far this year is just how impressive they won the games. They have not been back and forth/lead changes/comeback/buzzer beater escapes. They have held the lead nearly the whole game and been up double digits the majority of the time.

This may sound like a bit of a downer but with the brutal schedule remaining give me 7-6 all day. 22-9(11-7) in this conference with what would end up with like 5 or 6 big wins on zero bad losses.....thats a 3 seed at best and 5 at worst. LETS GO

Someone please mention Trent Pierce! Kid is coming into his own as a dynamite player, a future all SEC player, and a borderline lottery type talent. 6-11 athletic wings who can drive it, defend, and shoot it....They don't grow on trees. Furthermore Gates' HS recruiting has been sensational!!!
