Porzak golf has been awesome thank you for interview
Great video! Mark needs a new pen with the amount of notes he was taking 😂
What club is it?
I think it was 8-iron.
You have great guests
Thank you
Very good watch

@@MarkImmelman true hahahah
Mark, you need to practice being an interviewer. The goal is to listen and not insert your comments.
Every day I strive to be a little better.
I’m all for golf aids but I just don’t get this. There is nothing more three dimensional than a golf ball. If your ball has a properly marked line around or part around the circumference, you can rotate it as much as you like, whilst it is still marked. Invariably it will be in the way of an opponent or fellow competitor and just wastes more time moving and replacing it. Is the player then able to align their ball in perfect alignment with the marker. Not everyone is. I can’t see one USP. It’s like trying to reinvent the wheel; it’s not necessary.
If you pay for shipping I will send you one and you can try it out for yourself.
Great work Mark! Always love how you conduct and convey your interviews to meet us listeners needs and understanding. Big Thanks 🎉
I have color vision deficiency, effects 12% of men, I am red-green color blind. As an avid golfer, it is a real struggle when the red flags are out and the lush green trees behind the flags hide them from my eyesight. I've learned to compensate by looking for the white flag sticks or by just asking my playing partners where to aim. So, I am wondering if the Jondo's would help? I currently use the Enchroma glasses, but they only marginally help. 😔
I am pretty sure they will work. Try the Club Champ model. jondosport.com
Hey mark. I am a junior golfer who has been struggling a lot with my tournament play recently. I just wanted to thank you for putting this out there (yes I know it was years ago) but all of the knowledge and insight that I can gain from this is astounding. Keep doing what you’re doing!
It is my pleasure. Thanks for supporting us. I believe you will achieve your goals.
Read his book and watched lots of his video’s. Definitely transforms your short game if you practice what he’s preaching. Single biggest thing I did is learning to take my thumbs off when hitting these shots.
What do you mean you don't care if the Kiwis dont get them?
Just some friendly SA/NZ banter... I have a lot of friends from NZ and trust me they reciprocate.
🤷♂️
I've seen some of Adams videos and I've liked them but 8 minutes into this video and I really like him now.
Everyone should listen to this! Pure gold! Thx Mark and Adam. Adam’s book is great and is indeed a ‘bible’.
I've never seen a good player with a bad grip. Scottie Scheffler is a great example, what makes him so good? No weaknesses. Sure, some weeks he putts better than others. But great fundamentals and look how much time he spends on his grip. Loving your content.
interesting that he just experimented with the saw grip on short putts this week at the Hero's. So he might actually think that his less than elite putting might be caused by a "bad" putting grip
Billy should write a book!
Nodding!
What wisdom! He’s the best! Common sense always prevails!
He is one of the best!
Hey Mark, will be great if you could post a swing theory video of your fellow South African Erik Van Rooyen 😊… please!
I'll make the request to the PGA TOUR. They direct the process.
This may be a stupid question, but if I have a line on my golf ball, then why can’t I just do this with my ball instead of a 3-D marker?
Not a stupid question... I thought the same thing until I tried it. something about the optics but it just seems to be easier to line up.
Penick said... its like cracking a whip, or throwing a punch 🤜
Love Mr. Penick's wisdom.
Harmon family 👪 knows Golf ⛳️
Great tip! We all need the reminders
Love the message of simplicity. So true!
His grip is awesomely
Great interview. Regarding short game, I would love to see you interview Dan Grieve from the UK.
I believe he did about a year ago, its a great interview highly recommend!
We have interviewed Dan before. It should be in the cache of podcasts.

Great insight from Viktor and Mark!
Thank you!
Very informative and insightful!
Hey how about stop interrupting your guests mid sentence. You do it chronically and I can’t take it anymore. Jesus Christ.
So sorry, I try my best. But I get so excited.
Excellent podcast !!
After many years of golfing in Arizona.. I found anything left is dead. That left draw spin running on that hard ground can really lead to some bad golf :( Faders in Arizona is the way too go
Outstanding advice as always.
I had to do the same thing (have a reliable club off the tee) for four rounds in Vegas 2 weeks ago. It saved me about 5 strokes a round. It was amazing just hitting a 5 Hybrid a 189 yards but in play off the tee. Change my whole mindset and my tournament results. I won the Low Handicap Award and moved up to our A Flight group (Top 16 of 48 golfers). 😊
YES! Bravo
Eric Cole
It is actually Adam Svensson. (I see where you are going with your Eric Cole guess though.)
please start adding chapter bookmarks
That’s why I just bought a Mini-Driver.
Arizona golf is different. Can't bail out to other fairways or out of the trees. Need a reliable tee ball.
This is the truth!
I have played in Portugal before with narrow fairways and trees feeling overbearing! It was tough! I felt i hit a good tee shot on a long par five, admittedly pushed it slightly and it ended up in someone's backyard! 😂 I hit it well! Spotted it, so i was able to retrieve it! Your point Mark is spot on 👍🏻I'm used to playing links golf in Scotland. Having a go to shot, if you have it! Is invaluable.
Great tips, as usual! TY
Wonderful Podcast, great advise and insight. Thx Mark and Thx Leo (who I follow on IG).
Love from oz🦘
Backswing bit higher and you're there...
Trying!
They say your hands should be ahead of the ball when using irons. His do not look like they are. ??
Stop him at impact and they will be in front of the ball.
Thanks so much for this great interview. I've been following Adam's work for about a year now and it's always impressive and enlightening (as is Todd Sones). I'm adding lessons with Adam to my calendar.
Looking great. I know it hasn't been your style, but a 9-Hole vlog from you on occasion would be awesome. You bring a lot of value to the channel and your work! Make sure you're getting out and enjoying your golf as well
Appreciate the insight. I will look into doing that.
Great comment about working on throughswing rather than backswing. It's taken me 35 years to recognise that.
That porty potty is beautiful
Brian is essentially an artist who performs his own songs… he has learned over the years from multiple sources and rather than simply do what they taught, he hears, learns and gets curious. More information, more ideas, more searching for better answers. Sometimes so much information, but all so many pieces and parts. He can indeed step on some stuff because it is not complete or “exactly” as we think. But in the end, and endless search for what maybe best, or better or simply good for the moment. Just saying…..you can grow with him. Or resent his assertions…
Moral of the story of WHY MOST GOLFERS DO NOT IMPROVE: they keep working on the wrong things but expecting to improve and play better.
I like podcasts and I like golf, but the twain don't work. Golf is hard enough, and without a visual demonstration, it's practically a waste of time.
I'm sorry you didn't enjoy this one... I hope however there are some of my shows that will float your boat.
@@MarkImmelmanNothing personal. I thought this was some golf training from one of the greats of the game. Words alone don't cut it for me.
