The ball i have has almost no give to it, so sliding it in all nonchalant is not an option. Best i can do is ram it in so the edge of the treat is across the opening.
OR ELSE 👿
NOW
I can’t for the life of me get the treat out of
Thank you! Your video showing the easy way to refill is a life saver for us.
Just bought our second one. She lost the first one. Great toy.
My dog loves the sprocket one I’m gonna try this ball one. It keeps her busy at night when she wants to gnaw up my furniture 🤦🏽♀️ her favorite is the bacon flavor.
I have had the old version of this toy for at least a decade and always wrestled with it for 15 minutes before finding success. Rescued a dog this year and got the Bento version and the wrestling continued. This video has changed my life. 😂 Thank you for the installation tip. You are doing the Lord’s work.
I can get the treat in the black one and the red one. Can get them out of the black one, but cannot for the life of me get it out of the red one. Thinking about taking a drill to it just to break it up.
My dog gnawed the ridges off in 5 minutes, and completely popped out the treat in about 20 minutes. I think it's a great toy - I'm just disappointed to spend $30 on a treat that lasted less than 30 minutes. Still the rubber is very tough and you can stuff the toy with your own treats so it's not a complete loss...
When do you change the bento ball to put in a new treat?
Can you put the treats in the wheeler so my dog can’t pop the treats out of it?
Have you had any issues getting a treat out? Ours was chewed to the point its flat and indented but I cannot for the life of me get it out to put a new one in
If your dog is a tricky jerk, I find the dental ones with the ridges, while thinner and technically maybe a worse deal are a LOT harder to pop out. I think they are also harder to get in .... But the tears of frustration are useful as an additional lubricrant.
Thank you for the demo of getting the toy in. I was about to weep with frustration.
We did everything you showed and still can not get the new one in the ball. I've had 4 other people try as well, and no luck. I'm very sad as my Boozy Bear LOVED it! 😢
Once it was wet, I found his angle (where you jam the strips perpendicular to the ball, then pushing it in much further than you think, finally let it pop. But I am already nervous about repeating this feat.
I ran into the same problem and found my solution. My dog's bento ball is a medium, and the refill is a large 😅. I now have sore hands and an extra bento ball.
@@raulmiranda3124 But you solved it. That's what matters.
@@raulmiranda3124thank you
Where do you buy the pack of 10?
are they meant to be able to eat the whole thing? our pup has eaten all the ridges off so at some point do I have to get the treat out of the ball and then discard it? or should it basically all be eaten/licked?
Hi there! In our experience, our pup will lick the treat in the middle of the opening until it is soft (or wet enough) to remove it from the bentoball. From there, he will just eat the treat. Our dog also eats the ridges off first. It can take some time for them to get the entire treat, so you could do this over multiple sittings, as long as there is continued interest. I am hopeful your pup isn't eating the bentoball itself. :)!
hey buddy, good video. I have a question.. i got a Gsd about the same size and im thinking of getting a herm sprenger prong collar for her, im unsure about the size though, i prefer the 2.25 mm do u think default size is good or should i get some extra links with it?
Hey John! so sorry for the delayed response. We actually had to remove a link for our newest Blue Heeler pup, about 30lbs. But for our 60 lb GSD, the default works great. You can pick up a few extra inserts on Amazon if needed. Hope it is working out!
Is it meant to be a single serving treat?
Hey Michael, it is a single serving treat. I would suggest looking into the food intact on the packaging, as each dogs intake depending on size can vary. I would say that with our pup, the one serving lasts about 2 hours or so and then we just dont feed as much during the next meal. I hope this helps and apologies for the delay.
I put mine in the dishwasher and it warped and split. I purchased new ones and am hand washing!
We haven't had any issues but definitely will be more careful. Thanks for the input!
Thx for review.
Our pleasure!
So if I’m in another state can I still view my pets location?
Hey Jess! You should be able to through the application for sure. The GPS sometime can be laggy when on the wifi, so would suggest you definitely see about the AT&T service in your areas.
I appreciate the tips. I never thought of clipping the two collars together. That's brilliant! Your pup is gorgeous!!
Life saver :). Always have a hold of your pupper. Stay well and thanks for the comment.
Very helpful...thanks
My pleasure Tom! Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for your review. It does say dishwasher safe on the packaging
Thanks! We just got another one for Bogart and he loves it! :)
Worst review ever Never said if it worked good or not
Hey Joe Momma, thanks for the comment. It works good for our need. Thanks!
Is this the go or the go explore
Jamie, we use the Whistle 3 for Bogart. It is the older model. =]
