As a non-active agent (except for family), I forget even the most simplest navigation of Transaction Desk and Authentisign. I fumbled around a bit this morning for a listing my wife wants to do. A web search brought me back here, to the site of the guy who got me started in real estate. This was very helpful.

My ex wife Heidi O'Day now Heidi termer and her boss was a manager and employee and had the previous head fired for a slip that sounded discriminatory and Sharon replaced that man! Sharron and Heidi termer in Washington states human rights commission shouldn't be trusted my ex wife said repeatedly that shraron was blatantly racist against Mexicans and would regularly force investigators to close cases no cause! Simply because she didn't like Mexicans!!!! My wife and her boss was a manager and employee and had the previous head fired for a slip that sounded discriminatory and Sharon replaced that man!

I viewed some now and I’ll certainly get to the rest of this long video later. Right away the material looks helpful and motivational. This has me excited to do my own open houses at the inevitable listings that my wife and I will have for our own properties.

I’ve learned more practical things in a couple of 30 minutes coaching sessions and several email exchanges with Paul than I learned in the 90 hours of training for my license.

That website is a great tip I didn’t know about. Same with calling the transportation department at the school district. Schools are such a huge and often the primary consideration for many families shopping for a home. That’s how I ended up in University Place when moving down to the Tacoma area. Note that you meant the access.wa.gov scores are *objective* not *subjective*. Do you have thoughts on the “great schools” website scores?

A somewhat specific niche need, but for my wife and I as investors, stumbling into a mortgage broker who was a big property investor in an earlier career was great. He understands well exactly what we are doing when we are putting deals together.

Notice that Paul said video as in walking around with a camera on video. In my opinion, after looking at many of these, a video tour should not be a jarring collection of still images flashing from one to the next. If you can’t get true video and just have still images, it is probably better to try to at least do gentle fades and pan features of the still images in an editor.

The little comment about a stabilizer sent me off to Amazon to immediately purchase one for my camera. Good tip.

Yes! Remember that great client you had about 8 years ago with a townhome in Renton that was completely decluttered all day every day? Since no one else lives like me there’s nothing they can do better than get rid of things. Every agent I know wishes their clients would empty the house more. Similarly, I have been shocked by empty houses that were flipped with so little effort on cleaning up the front yard landscaping and working on curb appeal.
