Nice video. I used to drive over that bridge once a week when the laundromat in North Bennington was open.
enjoying your videos, especially this winter...who is your videographer?, who is doing a great job
Thanks for the compliments. My step son is on the camera. Never filmed anything in his life but seems to know exactly how to do it to good effecr
The Milkhouse Heaters are amazing! What a great conversation!
Thanks, Nancy!
Absolutely fell in love with this one and the look the other Dave gave me. When Dave said I don't like the Bill Murray. Scrooge. Great video!
❤ the sweater 😉 Christmas Story is my all time favorite 😊 have a wonderful Christmas guys! Ty
Pure authentic Americana, this man is an American treasure big time
This was fun...I'm glad you guys have this special segment with Sammy B!
Awesome video!!
I never expected to be watching Vermont's 100 Covered Bridges on a Friday night enjoying a few glasses of Guinness. Two questions though: Which is your favourite truss and which is your favourite covered bridge? Great channel, keep up the good work.
Well I haven’t seen one in person yet but I do like the Burr arched truss. I’ve been to 11 bridges so far and my favorite so far is the Chiselville bridge due to the beauty of the gorge below
I very much enjoyed your presentation! I am a member of the Vermont Covered Bridge Society, the New York Covered Bridge Society, and the National Society for the Preservation of Covered Bridges. My parents were among the founders of the Vermont CB Society and my dad designed the patch for the Society.
You sound great, Beth! Beautiful voice- enchanting song!
Good video, mate. How do you not get mistaken and drive into somebody's garage instead? I think I've seen this guy on TV before.
Eggheads?
No matter the subject you always seem to be a historian on it
Under the iron bridge, we kissed
Are any of them called Wayne?
Or Jeff?
Great video Phil.
Is that a scouse accent ?
100% not!
Rag
Tight shirt.
Ouch!
Not a Morrissey in sight...
Lol! 😂 If you know Phil you know.
I look forward to checking these out as you produce them. There are a few things I noticed in this video that I thought I would share. @ 2:50 it shows Slate Bridge in Swanzey, NH. @ 3:00 & 3:30 it shows Joe's Pond Bridge, a non-authentic covered bridge that is not counted among the 100 covered bridges @ 4:00 it shows Quechee Bridge, another non-authentic covered bridge that is not counted among the 100 covered bridges @ 5:00 Pennsylvania has the most covered bridges but its tally is over 200 authentic covered bridges Will you be featuring the more well-known non-authentic covered bridges in your series? Although they are not part of the 100, they are recognizable by many who travel through the state. Most are worthy of a visit, in my humble opinion.
Thanks Scott - appreciate the points made. I tried as much as I could to ensure each picture was a Vermont bridge but gambled on the chance one or two may sneak through the net. As for the non authentic bridges, this is something new to me as I discovered when I ''found'' a bridge that wasn't on the list 2 weeks ago, the bridge at the Grafton Cheese Store. It opens up a whole new world, I won't be including them in this series...... maybe a separate series when this one is complete! I had a few differing numbers given for PA and meant to say one hundred and seventy odd, for some reason I said one hundred and forty odd which I realised after and just let it go.... I should have corrected it using text! As I said I'm new to the bridges and had zero knowledge before commencing this challenge! Hopefully now, each episode (after next week) is just about the one bridge each week so the errors will be as minimal as can be. Please keep watching :)
Vermont is so beautiful, covered bridges are awesome, I saw the little jeep duck 🦆 lol
Can't wait to see the rest of the series!
Great stuff, Adam!
Praise the lord
Bless the lord
Good work sir! x
Wish all these cheeses were available mail-order, but they’ve decided to use Dakin Farm as their sole online source. Dakin offers several cheesemakers’ products, and apparently can’t offer all of Grafton’s cheeses. 😢

There is a video of Texas fiddler Benny Thomasson playing Bonaparte’s Retreat with an explanation of the sad story and the connection with the Irish. Specker plays it exactly as Thomasson did in the 1970’s black and white video.
Hey guys 👋. Glad to hear a local band's story. I'm also a huge Bonzo fan. I started on drums, now I'm coming back to the music scene after a long break, this time performing all my original songs on piano 🎹 and voice. 🎙️ I am local to upper valley VT/NH. If you're interested in talking, check out my channel and let me know how to get a hold of you. My songs tell a long history of transformation from troubled teen to living a real life fantasy as an older adult. Hit me up for a podcast or if you band dudes need an obscure opening act. 🎶✨🎙️🎹 ruclips.net/user/shortsGSw4YHPjRQg?si=jmePqQHf2-ndh9ZQ
I’m amazed that the paleo Indians had the vision and ability to build that resort using only flint and agate hand tools! 🤯
😊👋💗 just wanted to say the original Nightmare on elms street movies were so much better than the remake 🤣🤣 I have not been scared by a horror movie since the 90s, they are so predictable lol still trying to find one though 😂 return to Oz was terrifying compared to the 1st one, the wheelers still freak me out a bit lol, Tim Curry will always be the best pennywise in the 1st movie, I found the remake pennywise was too funny lol great video guys, sending love to you all from across the pond (UK)💗
Nice work!
poopy 👃👃
That was really cool. Fun jam with her great voice and your cool guitar playing in the background. Almost had a Grateful Dead vibe.
Great episode. These guys rock. It is a great scene up there. These guys have been huge in helping the scene grow.
After listening to many talented players and their versions, this is the very best of all. Thank you.
Great interview and I think Angel would be a fine agent.
She wants too many treats for her trouble!
❤❤ Great conversation! I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Thanks Nancy!
Scaring children is not the way to raise them. Tell them what happens when they are loving, positive, thankful and kind. Tell them about Jesus.
I want to do my own investigations in Vermont where do I start
