As a karate practitioner to a taekwondo practitioner, I've gotta say, you guys scare me alot. Not many martial arts manage to outkick karate but you suckers manage to terrify me with the best kicks in the whole game. Respect.

i feel the same way about TKD as much as I hate to admit it. I loved TKD, but martial arts have gone beyond that point now. I'll say this tho, TKD has some of the best kicking techniques in martial arts, and that practice paired with some good hand training, along with some of the muay thai concepts to round things out, you'd have one hell of a stand up meny in front of you.

Didnt like TKD much, trained it for 3 years. Fancy kicks and all that, but in a real fight i dont like turning my back to my opponents and some of those spinning kicks are just made for getting yourself knocked to the ground and then its game over. Maybe i just dont like TKD because of the way they teach it in my country(norway). Practicly got belts thrown at me for free but master jørn(the trainer i had) shouldnt be a master at all imo
