As someone with adhd I can confirm this is how I feel waking up in the morning.
Make sure it’s not your thyroid. If “main stream “ get it wrong (🙄). Then go to a natural / functional medicine practitioner.medicine. 👍

Contrary to the other comment, this is actually a white bear. I believe that, to be specific, this bear is actually a Tien Shan Bear and is extremely endangered. This specific bear, from what I can remember, is at an animal sanctuary and is called Chada and the shelter is in Ukraine.
