I've went through many different names and content styles throughout the years, but now I've finally decided who I am. A review channel.

Hsien-Ko: The Movie was a project I was working on in the year 2020. It was supposed to be about Hsien-Ko wanting to go to Dubai, but her plans soon head south, so she changes up and she heads to Pwllheli to make up for it! UPDATE: 1. I regret one part of this video. If I was to remake it, I'd swap Pinkeye and Tom's Rhinoplasty around. The reason I didn't do it is because I couldn't be arsed. 2. In the Damien review I was supposed to mention the "c-plot" featuring Cartman's birthday party.

I hated Hsien KO as one of the worst animated cartoons in history along with Velma, Santa Inc, King Star King, Cars 2, Mega Babies, and Caillou.
Cars 2 was good though.

If I had to summarize my opinion of the series (sorry for the long comment): The main problem for me is that the structure of the Manga wasn't suitable for an Anime adaptation without significant changes in structure, which the adaptation didn't do, instead we have disconnected segments with "a few hours later" time skips. They should've done something that other 4-koma manga adaptations have done, that the segments don't feel so disconnected from each other. Animation, it depends, it's mostly meh except for random moments where the animation is very good for some reason. Regarding the English dub, the main voices (except Agiri) are fine to me but the rest is meh (but at least it has more than 2 voice actors for all the minor characters than the original) One last thing, 7:20 what are those credits? I have episodes in Russian based upon the first TV broadcast in Japan but the credits are animated like in the rest of the series
Those are actually the credits added in the dub by MVM (or Sentai if you live in the US).

Honestly, I see it like a masterpiece because of the existence of Sandy cheeks movie, Megamind vs the Doom syndicate and Velma.
I guess so. At least this was moreso a passion project and not straight-up corporate greed. Still cringe as hell though.
