So basically if you run a USB wireless headset you can't connect it unless you run a audio cord from it to the mixer? I had a mixer half the price and had the function to use the Wireless headset. Looks like I will return this item.

Hello, i buyed m-game solo, pls help how i can equalize sounds in game, not micro. I play shooters and i need to hear footsteps, if i turn volume on maximum i hear footsteps but explosion's and gun fire killing my ears. Pls help. Much love 😊

Hello and good day, I would buy the M-GAME RGB DUAL USB Audio Interface if I could connect my Astro A50 Wireless Headset there. ..!?Thanks very much
The way I achieved using a USB Microphone on my PC was to buy a 3.5mm Audio with a ground loop isolator and plug one end in to the Mic In on the Mixer and the Other in to Audio Out on the PC/Motherboard. Then in the PC Settings Open "Sounds > Recording > Your Mic > Listen to > Your Audio Out" and this will allow you to control your microphone via the Mixer. The reason for the Ground Loop Isolator is because motherboard audio is very noisy and one of those will eliminate that.

FX button will not activate. Bought one and it did not work. Got a replacement from Amazon, it worked at first, but once it was fully updated and setup, it stopped working. It will not activate.

@@Flafik_ well I went through 2, same issue, and my nephew has one and same issue. I think its completely shitty of M-Game to not address this, nor fix it. There has not been any updates to its software since it came out honestly. Just very disappointing in this company.
@@JessGal Let's hope that they will act humanely and fix everything! I was also disappointed in the routing, there were only two tracks on the gaming PC...

@@haies09 I’m struggling big time trying to get everything to work right. There isn’t a lot regarding setup aside from this and some of the steps don’t match mine. I got some things to work but others aren’t working at all. Can’t get control of certain things and can’t get all the sounds to go through my stream

The adjustable LED's are not the most important thing, but being stuck in red for the Solo is a poor choice. Honestly should have remained fully adjustable in both.

@M-Game can you assign the Aux Input to the "Game Audio"? I'm using a video switcher for my gaming sources (consoles, PC, etc), but it doesn't have a SPDIF output. Only analog.

Hello, I have a few questions about the product. 1. I need to use 2 microphones simultaneously: 1x studio condenser microphone with phantom power and 1x second microphone wireless Boya BY-WM4 Pro. 2. is it possible to set the fader for each microphone separately ? 3. is it possible to set up the Discord app in M-GAME so that in the OBS app the discussants can be heard in the broadcast but not heard back in the Discord app without the discussants hearing themselves ? 4. is it possible to set up two microphones, two audio outputs e.g. opera and firefox and the audio from Discord and the audio from the game all simultaneously in the broadcast ? Or does the device have the option of assigning presets to individual faders ? 5. what sound card does M-Game use? Soundbalster,Realtek or? Thank you for your help
I don't work for M-AUDIO but I bought this so I'll try to answer your questions. I'm no audio pro though, so I may be wrong. 1. 2 microphones could be used, but I don't believe a wireless microphone will work with this mixer. The M-GAME has 2 main ways to get audio into it - from an input (XLR, mic 3.5mm in, or auxiliary 3.5mm in) or software through your computer. If you want to use other software to send audio from your PC to the M-GAME you could do that (see their setup guide around the 4 minute mark for an example of what I mean ruclips.net/video/mLzUQElWEQo/видео.html) however the M-GAME itself doesn't seem to have a native way to accept audio from a wireless microphone, and their M-GAME software doesn't either. You would need a separate software solution routed to one of the M-GAME inputs (for example the samples input), which would then be controllable via the physical sliders. 2. See #1. 3. Yes you can set up the M-GAME to have Discord chat broadcast through your stream audio, and not have Discord chat members hear themselves when you talk. That's the default way they instruct you to set the audio up in their setup guide: ruclips.net/video/mLzUQElWEQo/видео.html - basically you would set Discord to use the M-GAME CHAT for both output and input, then in their M-GAME software you would ensure the CHAT is enabled for STREAM, and disabled for CHAT (51s in this video). 4. See my answer to #1 for 2 microphones, but otherwise yes you can have microphone, separate programs, and chat audio all going to the broadcast. One of the major advantages of this device is your ability to output application audio to different sliders on the mixer. So you can output game audio to the GAME output, Discord audio to the CHAT output, and opera and firefox to the SYSTEM output, then control all of those using the physical sliders on the mixer. 5. I have no idea what soundcard they use. I have a separate sound blaster Z on my computer and the audio from the mixer sounded as good as the unmodified sound blaster Z audio. Additionally, the mixer gets plenty loud. Unfortunately my mixer had a weird audio glitch where I could hear what sounded like the power input from the wall plug through my headphones, and I couldn't get rid of this by switching to battery power or using speakers. I also had trouble with the mute buttons on my mixer not working AFTER I updated the firmware from their software. Additionally, this mixer seems quite new and doesn't seem to have sold much yet so there are not many guides or community posts outlining how to use it. M-AUDIO put together many guides themselves which you can find on their website, but time will tell how much they actually support this product or streaming going forward. Your question is 2 weeks old and no one from M-GAME responded, so... take from that what you will.
@@tasoli Thank you for your time and response. I think this device is not suitable for my purpose. I am looking for an alternative to the RODECaster Pro II. However, the Rode is very expensive and I would only use it for the purpose I stated. However, I have not found a similar device. I'm sorry that manufacturers don't listen to the opinions and ideas of streamers who don't need to produce podcasts. Thank you again.
