I really enjoyed this meditation and appreciated that we started by going inwards to our heart space. It’s my preferred of meditating ❤️ I loved the beautiful peaceful stroll through the forest of tall trees with the sunlight sparkling though the leaves and branches, and then through the tall soft grasses and onto becoming one with the ocean as the calming waves lap up on the shore. Thank you so much.💖

I really enjoyed this meditation, Magdalena! The detachment from physical form for a bit was so liberating and then to be able to connect and more importantly, feel the energies of those millions of people that I wish to reach and who are on the same wavelength was so deep and almost overwhelming. It helped me to see how easy it can be to connect with all of those beings if we just take the time to feel into it first. Thank you for this meditation 🙏💖🦋

You drug the client with ANTIDEPRESSANTS. You milk our insurance and want tells-med appointments so therapist don’t have to go to work. I begged for help for a year to no avail. I have insurance. Therapist are taking advantage.

Sorry you have to do a little work for $200 an hour. We need to return to traditional talk therapy. I have been "taught" how to use CBT five times, which is what passes for "therapy" these days. I have an IQ of 142, so I understood it the first time. I will never go to therapy again because I don't need to pay to "learn" it a sixth time.
