How did you handle altitude sickness? How did you baby handle it? I am traveling with a 15 month old soon and I am a little scared regarding the altitude sickness, how did you book the train to aguas calientes? any info appreciated I am having trouble figuring out how to get to places especially with a toddler 😬 Do you recommend flying from the states to cusco and stay there a couple of days to adjust to the altitude?
Also have you heard of peruhop? Is that a good bus company?

Wow, wonderful trip. I am Peruvian living in the USA, IN NJ exactly. My last time in Cusco was 2018, and felt 6 days were not enough and want to go back again and this time spend more relaxing time in the city, not much trekking but food, museums and that. Felicidades !.

Hi! How old is your little one? We're planning to do this trip with our 1year old
Reef is 1yr old this weekend, so he was almost 1 then and he did fine if you have a way to carry him. It’s a lot of walking but the Kangaroo carrier did well! We would highly recommend using a baby carrier if the child is under 3.
I neven been in Machu Pichu, Even so. I am Peruvian. Furthermore. It is amazing to see that you are were having fun in such as wonderful place.
We would recommend it to everyone!! It is truly an amazing place!!

Me di cuenta q tu esposa es peruana por el acento al decir jarabe de goma y somos los peruanos los q sabemos eso haci q te diría q incentivará a tus hijas a hablar castellano ya q por lo visto no lo hacen y eso es la esencia de dos culturas tanto la tuya como la de tu esposa entiendo inglés pero soy muy lento para escribir por eso lo hago en español no
