What did you use to achieve this. I just broke off two bolts today in the top of my catalytic converter. I have to remove it to replace my AC compressor.

I just used t20 torx bits to get out two exhaust manifold bolts on my 2016 hemi Ram this weekend. Drilled them with a 9/32 bit. Hammered in the bits. Hit it with the propane torch for about 20 seconds. Sprayed on a little PB blaster. And voila...never even felt like they were gonna slip. Great stuff!

What size torx bit is this? I gotta try this on my Sierra

How do you get the trox bit shape in the bolt? Use a smaller drill bit then tap it in? Reason I ask is I had 5 break yesterday and I need way to remove them. Thanks in advance

So did you fix it? I don't know about this deck. but since is a discrete 3 header, I would check the alignment of the record head. Also, judging by the dancing sine waves, I would also check the pinch rollers...
