God bless you!!! You’re a great doctor as so many are. BUT There is much waste in the hospital. I have been there and saw it myself. The union is protecting lazy workers. The unions have too much power. The govt hands are tied. It’s so unfair.

Thank you Dr Retallick for all you have done over many years to help your patients. You will be missed!

I lost 35 lbs and lowered my cholesterol and blood pressure with food, at age 47 here in New Brunswick. It's a plant based diet. Doctors don't learn much about nutrition in school.

Both the federal and provincial government download responsibility onto our health sector, expecting it to provide services to mitigate the health effects of poverty and advance healthy public. Quality of life will not improve until government accepts accountable for poverty, and implements the necessary changes to legislatures. Government need's to bring manufacturing job's back to Canada and put an end to out sourcing goods and services to other countries such as China. The people of New Brunswick would benefit greatly from factory jobs. Greater disposable income leads to better access to opportunities and secures healthy living conditions. “Every nation that permits people to remain under the fetters of preventable disease, and permits social conditions to exist that make it impossible for them to be properly fed, clothed and housed, so as to maintain a high degree of resistance and physical fitness, and that endorses a wage that does not afford sufficient revenue for the home, a revenue that will make possible the development of a sound mind and body, is trampling a primary principle of democracy.” - Dr Charles Hastings, Medical Officer of Health, City of Toronto (1910-1929), Speech to the American Public Health Association 1918.
