Does your Audi S6 or S7 throw codes for the rear vent? Do you not feel air coming out the rear anymore? The issue is more than likely a flap has cracked and is bound up by the motor. We ended up replacing the whole assembly with a used one as the motors were fine on ours. Just did this in my s6 and you don't need those picks/hooks if you have plastic trim tools, just fyi
Pinned! Mine was in there pretty solid but once I removed it the first time, it was easy enough to pull back out without the tools. I imagine over time that fitment gets pretty tight from temperature cycles

Just remove the "plug" and suck it out! Same with the 3.0T
Hell no those extractors leave behind too much oil jus drain from bottom
ruclips.net/video/qgUmedyjX2M/видео.html DAP did a video on this. They didn't find anything if I recall correctly. I find that I still need to remove the magnetic plug from the pan to clean and inspect, even when using an extractor, so we’ll need to get under there regardless. Recently, we picked up a B9 S4, and we’ll be getting an extractor to try both methods in a future video. Stay tuned and thank you for your comment!

Yea too many additives isn’t good, liqui moly has a perfect blend of additives for that oil viscosity already! Adding more throws the chemical mixtures balance off
@rah40boy Thank you for the heads up. Our oil samples are tested by the Black Stone Lab each change and have come back with excellent results each time. If you count the amount of time when a car enters the screen until til it leaves the screen and the multiply it by pi and subtract the nearest square root number finally put it in the 4th power you get the actual speed and that traffic is doing 90 not 70 mph
🤣🫡 People are definitely not doing the speed limit through there to say the least.
How do they feel? Any squeakiness while driving?
I am a couple of thousand miles on it now and no signs of squeaking or degradation. Always load the suspension up properly to ride height before tightening and you should be good to go!

We went ahead and updated the description with this. Kevlar obviously wins against zip ties. 😂🎉

Great review. I'm about to tackle this install myself. Did you have to remove the air strut to remove/install the bolts that hold the control arms to the chassis?

@adamyoung9822 I will recommend TGK Motorsport Diff Inserts and Subframe Inserts any day of the week. 034 and JHM both have sets as well but TGK wins here in aesthetics. Thank you for the sub! More content coming this week!
@@DeutscheAutoGarage hey I have the same year as yours. So is that yes it’s possibly or no, when doing the upper control arm job without removing the struts? I watched your install video but I’m like there got to be some type of clearance to just pull the bolt out of the Uppers without removing the struts .

@@jaymyers8549 I tried honestly. I wiggled and tried for a good 20 minutes before I finally just dropped the bottom bolt and four nuts. It’s super easy to drop it and keep it connected, just be mindful of the air line going to it and be gentle.
