Most graph analysis tools apply to only one measurement and run at a time. If you have multiple plot areas, you can turn on an analysis tool for one measurement's run, make another measurement's run active by selecting its symbol in the legend, and then turn on an analysis tool for it. There is one graph analysis tool that can be used across measurements and runs to find coordinates. The Multicoordinate tool is demonstrated in this video: ruclips.net/video/naCvuMbQYPU/видео.html.

In our testing, the downloaded SPARKvue PWA is working without an internet connection. After you install it, you should find a shortcut to launch it using its locally cached files. Does that work for you? If not, please contact our Tech Support group for help troubleshooting: pasco.com/support. It appears that the Ctrl+F5 command you cite is a request to ignore the local cache and download all the files again. It sounds like that would require an internet connection.

Although the video doesn't demonstrate this step, you would click on the name of the QuickStart experiment file to open it. The sampling mode (continuous, keep, etc.) will already be set appropriately for that experiment in the file.

You are correct that the video demonstrates exporting each run to a separate csv file. If you'd like to export multiple runs at once into the same csv file, press the Comparison Mode button before exporting. The Comparison Mode button is explained here in the Spectrometry online help system: help.pasco.com/spectrometry/getting-started/analyze_light_page/.

Thanks for your comment. As an alternative, our Discover Free Fall System (ME-9889) does have a magnetic drop box, though the release switch is still wired to the drop box: pasco.com/product/ME-9889.

@@pascohowdoi A magnetic drop box is not an option for me, because I want to demonstrate that the equivalence principle is wrong, and for that I need to use spheres made out of many different materials, most of which are not magnetic.

As of PASCO Capstone version 2, the alignment option is still available, but it has changed a bit visually. You'll now see the alignment options to the left of the coordinates box as a graphic of concentric black and red squared (instead of as a drop-down arrow to the right).

We did successfully test our sample code (github.com/PASCOscientific/pasco_python) and example projects (github.com/PASCOscientific/pasco_python_examples) on the Raspberry Pi OS flavor of Linux.

@@pascohowdoi unfortunately, many devices run with AirLink (e.g. a light sensor and a pressure sensor can share the airlink device). This connection was chosen due to the demand of my university. However, the absence of connection/support of AirLink to development/teaching becames a drawback and new devices aquisitions will be refused due to the technically support. Other brands will be probably choose.

@@rikardos17q For now we support only the Wireless Sensors shown on our Python page at www.pasco.com/downloads/python. I'll pass along your interest in support for PASPORT Sensors via the AirLink, but we have no current development plans for it. By the way, we've updated the PASCO Python module to version 0.3.50 to address the ModuleNotFoundError. If you're interested, please give it a try on your Linux device to see if it resolves that error you experienced.
