Emirates Government Service Excellence Program
In March 2011, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, launched the Emirates Government Service Excellence Program to promote customer service quality and provide top-notch federal government services in all emirates.
The program was designed to raise the efficiency of government services to a 7-star level by focusing on customer priorities and enhancing government efficiency to achieve customer satisfaction.

Is Ai a code that is controlling gpu to solve algorithm ?
There is already an excessive concentration of power (money / increasing inequity). Who that has the power, wants to fix that? Since when are governments that transparent? Attempting to control development is necessary, but realistically, the cat is out of the bag. There will be actors, companies and countries developing it for their own nefarious purposes. Perpetual growth with limited resources is not sustainable, AI or not. Human connection - heard that before.
