Note that the family, watching from the ground, could not see what was going on with Jack Jack as he was been abducted by Syndrome. Helen even says "Something's going on. What's going on?" So at the end of the movie, the family does not know about Jack Jack's powers. Only we in the audience know. Buddy knew but he is dead. And Kari the baby sitter knew, but we learn in the short film, "Jack Jack Attack" that her memory was wiped by Dicker. This is a nice setup for everyone discovering Jack Jack's powers in the sequel, "Incredibles 2".

Jinx might be alive! during the explosion, we were shown a very fast pink ray rising from the explosion, which, so to speak, symbolizes Jinx. At the end, Caitlin holds in her hands a fragment of the grenade that Jinx used to explode, and studies the blueprints of the building where the explosion occurred. Caitlin chuckled when she found escape routes on them (you cut this scene in the montage). After this scene, we were also shown a flying airship, which, as we know from the first episode, Powder has always dreamed of flying.
