I first started listening to asmr many years ago at university, to aid my ongoing broken sleep. Since taking the step of producing my own asmr, I have found that our interactions with it are truly unique to us, with so many forms of triggers and content types that work best.

Allow me to help you to fall to sleep by focusing your mind on visual and audio triggers, whilst you close your eyes. Follow my instruction as we go along, allowing my voice to guide you through the session. A low light ambience should help with getting some much deserved rest.

I know you posted this a while ago. I know that life may be busy, I don't know if that's why you don't upload often. But what you do is incredible.
