You pour girl that doesnt know a real nutritious balance and living life eating. I'm nutritionist for the past 30 years. Where you study, is probably ok but you, your self, is not ok. That's a nutritionist that has a eating desorder. It'not acceptable for you to call your self a nutritionist.

I feel like the 11:30 am meal wasn’t really enough food and then the smoothie bowl was just a snack so maybe you need a more substantial lunch meal. Just suggesting
Maybe that’s the amount food she needs, she had two mini lunches technically so I wouldn’t think that it isn’t enough. Also the meal was eggs and toast which is very balanced so it would have kept her full. 🫶🏼
